-Taking malaria medication especially the Artemether/lumefantrine combination with vit C will make it less effective.
-Taking malaria drugs with folic acid will increase the chance of it reoccurrence.
-Don’t use fufu to wrap you medications it can reduce it effects or delay it effects this can collide with the next dose resulting in high concentrations in the body.
-Cold water affects the digestive system as well as the gastric emptying time thereby delaying drug action.
-Alcohol increases the side effects of drugs and with certain combination can severely harm the liver. Don’t use alcohol to take your drugs.
