Being completely coherent and well versed in macroeconomics, it is obvious to me without even doing the homework that if you play by conservative talking points of tax payer dollars "paying for" programs... It will suck every dollar in existence into the shredder and...

But for the uncritical... They point to a web page with taxes for Wall Street speculation and income tax "pay fors" and an explanation of how close to 100 Trillion will be "paid for" ...

Many were deeply offended by the title "Sanders struggles to explain how to pay for his programs on 60 minutes"

His interview with Anderson Cooper showed him saying things like "yes it will be very expensive" and "no, I don't know what it will cost to the penny" etc.

The point is... Dollar cost is irrelevant.

Does that stop many in our movement from outright rejecting a Progressive framework for economic policy? Yes. They cannot fathom that the nation creates money out of thin air and then spends it into existence then taxes some of it out of existence.

So what did these folks do?

They flounced. Lost their minds. Behaved as it they were teabaggers, rejecting science. Ignorance abounds. They attacked. Attacked the headline. Banned people from groups. Shameful behavior.

And how exactly do you think we should treat people who allow the idea of war to never have to answer "how ya gonna pay for it" but the services we need in society must be "paid for" with taxes ...

but you didn't care to learn & really never figured out how many would die from ignoring this issue. You were gonna hold on to your comfortable lie & allow them to die. In the name of "taxpayer dollars". The framing your oppressors fed to you whilst you fell back in line
