In 2016, @WhatsApp came with new Policy and was challenged before Delhi High Court. Then the matter went to Supreme Court: Adv Manohar Lal
The challenge was rejected by Delhi High Court. That is now infructuous. There is no Policy. There was an application in that matter. Notice was issued: Senior Adv Mukul Rohatgi for WhatsApp.
