Basically CIPA is a condition in which due to mutation of a gene that is involved in production of a protein that is involved in pain and temperature sensation. The patient does not feel pain, there is also destruction of nerves to sweat glands so patients don't sweat

a way this patients present is with injuries from skin even to bone injuries. this occurring repeatedly can cause infections in the patient.

Sweating is a way the body cools off, no sweat disturbs body function and can cause Fever and seizures

This rare syndrome is similar though with subtle difference to Congenital Pain Asymbolia which was described by Late Nigerian Ibadan Professor, Prof Osuntokun in 1968.

For CRPS the condition is poorly understood, hypotheses are it is due to the excess presence of some chemicals that cause pain, due to abnormal firing of the nerves, some say smoking, etc

So basically the patient feels extreme pain from something that should not be so severe.

Both of them are quite more complex than I have stated i tried my best to simplify in simple terms and sound non- medical
