I've come to realize that for the most part when we say we're waiting on God to do something, God is actually waiting on us to take action.

"And THEY WENT forth & preached everywhere, the Lord working WITH them.. " Mark 16v20

Indeed, nothing works until you work. Know this!
So don't just sit down & pray for 24hours & expect birds to come drop food for you, or angels to come drop a bag of money in your house.

Work with work!

#RPN told us, to lean on grace is to start out, trusting the Spirit of God to help you finish.

You start out, He enables you
I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. You work the work, Christ strengthens you to finish. So put in the effort.

Except God told you expressly, sitting down is not faith, it's clever unbelief.

I encourage you to take vital steps towards your goals today.

THE BLOOD & THE NAME.

Please let's iron this..

WE DON'T PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO PROTECT US FROM SATAN or the spirit of death. That's an insult to the power of Christ's blood.

For those who use the OT reference where God passed over Egypt & slew their firstborn..

Thread.
The blood was used on their doors to save them from the wrath of God, not Satan. The blood delivered them from God!

God says, "when I see the blood, I will pass over you & not destroy you".

Pleading the blood of Jesus, you're saying "God please don't destroy us". That's wrong.
Christ is our Passover. By His blood we were delivered from the wrath of God that is to come.

When the Lord comes on the day of judgement, those marked with the blood of Christ will be spared.

If you must plead the blood, it's for mercy & the forgiveness of sins, not protection

Please, please! Let's get this straight!

The "real gospel" of Jesus Christ is NOT opposed to being wealthy & prosperous. At best it's opposed to you trusting in riches instead of God.

Joseph of Arimathea was rich.
Cornelius was a rich.
Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob, even Esau...
These Patriarch's were loaded!

Solomon in his humility asked for wisdom, God in His magnanimity gave him wealth, that there was none richer in his days, even till date!

Isaac so prospered that a whole nation envied him. Laban prospered bcos of Jacob. Jacob himself prospered.
One part of the OT I stan a lot was when Jacob met Esau. Jacob tried to appease Esau by giving him half his wealth.

Esau said "keep it, I HAVE ENOUGH"
Jacob insisted, "for God has been gracious to me, I HAVE ENOUGH"

See men talking! I HAVE ENOUGH! (Genesis 33v9-11)

3 KEY THINGS JESUS TOLD THE 7 CHURCHES.

I was led to read Christ's letter to the 7 Churches in Revelations 2-3. This time my attention was drawn to these things:

1. Jesus told the Churches: I KNOW THY WORKS. Eh? Jesus is Grace. Grace knows our works? How?🤷🏽‍♂️

A Must Read💕 1/11
I thought they said Grace means your works don't count before God? 🤔

So why is Christ focusing on their works? I think He should be saying "I don't see your works.." or "Your works may be imperfect but I don't see them. My grace is sufficient for you"

"I know thy works"? How?
Then to the Church in Sardis Jesus said "for I have not found your works perfect before God." Revelation 3v2

Imperfect works? I thought all that matters is grace & not works? So why is He weighing their works?

Listen, Jesus dealt with each one of them according to their "works"

THE GRACE MESSAGE

Many have been trained to treat sin lightly bcos of grace. It's 'cos they've been misinformed on what grace is & what it came for.

#RPN "Grace is the strength of God. Grace is the spiritual counterpart of effort, for giving performance to God's pleasure.."

>>
Grace is not "do as you like God will pardon you". Many subconsciously see grace as pardon "where sin abounds, grace (pardon) did much more abound"

Sin shall no longer have dominion over you bcos you're under grace. So "sin can't have effect on you bcos you're under grace" ⚠️🚫
Grace is actually God's ability to do the pleasure of God. #RPN

Paul said, "I'm what I am by the grace of God. And His grace given to me was NOT WITHOUT EFFECT. No, I WORKED harder than all of them" 1 Cor 15v10

For the most part we've been made 2 believe Grace means "no works"

Here's something RPN showed us about the old testament Tabernacle and it's significance to the new testament priests on how to approach God. You'll see the importance of holiness & consecration as a new creation.

Thread. 1/9 Image
1. The Altar of burnt sacrifices.

The first place, after you come through the gate, is the altar of burnt sacrices. This is where the priest offers the sacrifices to God. For us, this is where we die. We die to the world in the place of prayers.

Romans 12v1, Psalm 141v2 Image
2. The Bronze Lever

After the sacrifices, before the priests go into the holy place, he uses the Bronze Lever. It's used for washing their hands & feet. This washing is the effect of God's Word. It's symbolic of the guiding principles of Truth. In washing the hands it means you

HOW TO RECEIVE & ACTIVATE THE GIFT OF SPEAKING IN TONGUES.

Thread: 1/15
John the Baptist introduces Jesus: "After me will come One more powerful than I. I baptize you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit" Mark 1v7-8

Jesus did not baptize anybody with the Holy Spirit while He was on earth. HE BAPTIZES NOW in the Spirit.
This is one truth about Jesus Christ that the four gospels unequivocally testifies to.
See Matth 3v11, Mark 1v7-8, Luke 3v16, John 1v33

"He shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit". But nobody was baptized with the Spirit while He was on earth, until after He ascended-Acts 1v5-8
