READ THIS THREAD 👇 to find out about 8 MUSLIM HEROINES of history and what they achieved
#1 HAZRAT KHADEEJAH BINT KHUWAYLID (ra)🪙

This was the FIRST LADY of Islam...

Born to a noble family in 556 CE in Makkah. Her father was a prominent merchant, who taught her how to run and administrate his trade.

She was a business woman of great honour and fortune...
She used to employ men to handle her business for a certain % of the profit and was known for her determination and intelligence.

When Hazrat Khadeejah (ra) was 40 years old, she proposed to the 25 year old Muhammad (sa). The couple lived with love and affection...
It is worth noting that the most significant lady in the Holy Prophet’s (sa) life was a professional woman, who exemplified the teachings of Islam as regards the rights of women to work and earn.
Until her death at the age of 65, she was a source of immense love, comfort and support for the Holy Prophet (sa). Her passing affected him deeply and the year of her death the Prophet termed the "Year of Sorrow". Her memory stayed with him till the end of his days.
Hazrat Khadeejah (ra) was the first one to believe in the Prophet (sa) after he received the Divine Call, and she remained his perfect helpmate, faithful wife and follower and was a source of support and refuge for him till her last breath.
Those who assert that Islam is against women's rights should reflect on this first lady of Islam, her station, her occupation, and the taboos she broke even by today's standards:

- Wealthy
- Professional woman
- Twice widowed
- Proposed to her husband
- 15 years older
#2 HAZRAT AISHA (RA) ✨

One of the greatest examples from early Islam is the wife of the Holy Prophet (sa), Hazrat Aisha (ra), who used to teach matters of faith to men and women.
She was a scholar, interpreter of the Holy Qur’an and narrator of the sayings of the Prophet (sa). The Prophet of Islam (sa) himself said: ‘Learn half of your faith from Aisha.’
Hazrat Aisha (ra) was also a jurist and had expertise in medicine, poetry, and history. She was regarded as foremost in learning among the companions of the Prophet of Islam (sa).
#3 HAZRAT HAFSAH BINT OMAR (ra) 🕌

She was a very learned lady and among the Mothers of the Believers.

After the demise of the Holy Prophet (sa), she was entrusted with preserving the first manuscript of the Holy Quran, which she guarded with her life.
The third caliph in Islam, Hazrat Uthman (ra) requested this manuscript from her, of which he made four exact copies to distribute throughout the Muslim lands.

Thus, all Quran's today are a copy of the manuscript she preserved.
Hazrat Hafsah (ra) narrated 60 Hadith from the Holy Prophet (sa). Her intellectual efforts and reverence for the Holy Qur’an were central to the early Muslim community.
#4 HAZRAT RUFAIDA AL-ASLAMIA (ra) 🩺💉

A companion of the Prophet Muhammad (sa) and the first nurse and social organiser!

With her clinical skills learned from her father, she led a medical team into battles. She also held surgeries outside the Prophet's Mosque in peace time.
Her work in battle leading a team of nurses to treat the wounded was recognised by the Prophet (sa) who assigned her a share in the spoils of war equivalent to a soldier. He himself would refer soldiers to her camp for treatment.

Before Lady Nightingale there was Lady Rufaida!
#5 MARIAM AL-ASTURLABI 🌟

Mariam al-Asturlabi was a brilliant scientist and astronomer of the 10th century. She was likewise a renowned maker of astrolabes and helped to further navigation and timekeeping techniques.
#6 FATIMA AL-FIHRI 🖊️

A scholar who founded the oldest continually operating and first degree-awarding educational institution in the world, the University of Al-Quaraouiyine in Fes, Morocco.
This University is credited with producing many distinguished thinkers and scientists both Muslim and non-Muslim. It remains open to this day, producing graduates in religious and scientific branches of knowledge.
#7 ASH-SHIFAA' AL-'ADAWIYYAH 🩺 ⚕️

This female companion of the Holy Prophet (sa) taught women reading, writing and calligraphy. Her name was Laila but as she practised medicine so skilfully, she was called Ash-Shifaa’ meaning ‘the healer’.
The Second Caliph of Islam, Hazrat Umar (ra) appointed her a bazar inspector in Medina – the equivalent to a trade secretary today.
#8 LUBNA OF CORDOBA 🧮 ✍️

An Andalusian intellectual and mathematician of the second half of the 10th century famous for her knowledge of grammar and the quality of her poetry.
In the library of Córdoba, Lubna was in charge of playing, writing, and translating many manuscripts. Along with Hasdai ibn Shaprut, she was the driving force behind the creation of the famous library of Medina Azahara, which was home to more than 500,000 books
With thanks to @Reem31982865 for the information and research! A great Muslim female scholar of today herself!

These women were enabled to achieve because Islam recognised the value and rights of women from its very inception.

THE BIZARRE LIES OF @Haqiqatjou EXAMINED

This is a NOT-TO-BE-MISSED amusing, if not hilarious, carnival of errors! You're going to want to be sitting down for this one!

THREAD 👇
"A believer is not stung from the same hole twice" goes the hadith, and Haqiqatjou is proving it true, venturing to lie again, more brazenly, and more foolishly about Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), the Imam Mahdi and Masih.
In this article, Haqiqatjou's "specialist" on Ahmadiyya Islam, Mufti Abdullah Moolla, enters into the fray a second time, after having been roundly debunked by this platform only a few days ago (see tweet below)
