2010 Brookdale's CEO & others were convicted in bribery scheme

Rovt was an investor in Spruce Capital - a subsidiary of Spruce made a $3.5 million loan to Paul Manafort right after he left the Trump campaign in August 2016

As @MacFinn44 found - a jet that flew OAN crew working closely with Giuliani in 2019 (while he was digging for dirt on Biden) was owned by Alexander Rovt

Jet flew Kyiv to Vienna (where Firtash lives, during period Firtash was paying Giuliani assoc Parnas)
According to Andrii Artemenko he met with Rovt, who was reportedly involved in one of the Ukraine peace plans

Artemenko (now renamed Kuchma) was also working with Giuliani, OAN in 2019 and Artemenko signed FARA with Andrii Derkach who leaked Biden tapes

A detail not widely reported on found by @tdotmcelwee - an FOIA of FBI docs showed Mogilevich lieutenant and mafia figure "Yaponchik" Vyacheslav Ivankov had Rovt's IBE International in his contact list

Update on Josh Weerasinghe, ex-CEO SCL Group Inc (US branch) in 2017 & ran Cambridge Analytica subsidiary Anaxi Solutions

Weerasinghe is Chief Mission Officer at Torch.AI which is part of group supporting 2019 $75mil DoD award to update security clearance vetting
A post on Torch's website titled "Torch.AI to Support New $75 Million U.S. Department of Defense Program to Modernize Security Clearance Vetting" describes award given to Perspecta Inc and lists Torch among companies supporting the project

The CEO of Torch is Brian Weaver who acquired MEDQOR in 2009, which was previously named Anthem Systems (name changed in 2019)

A 2016 article described various links from Brian Weaver, CEO of Anthem Ventures to payday lender & convicted felon Scott Tucker

Per OpenCorporates Erik Prince was director (as of Nov 2020) of Eitanium Ltd inc in Cyprus 2019 - other directors have same names as associates of co-founder of NSO group & a Russian businessman who fled Russia in 2013

This story described a leading Israeli cyber executive Eric Banoun who once worked as distributor of NSO Group products and in 2010 was involved in a failed deal with Elliott Broidy

Another director of Eitanium is Eran Karpen from Israel

There's an Eran Karpen who is an executive at Communitake, a company co-founded by Omri Lavie who also co-founded NSO Group which has received a lot of coverage for spying on activists and dissidents

Last week FBI offered $250K reward for info on Kilimnik

Meanwhile his close associate Sam Patten (a former Cambridge Analytica contractor) now writes fluffy columns in Maine

Kilimnik worked for Patten in Russia 2001-2003, in 2015 they set up a business and did work thru 2018
In 2018 Patten pleaded guilty to charges of failing to register in the US as a foreign agent for work lobbying on behalf of a Ukrainian political party and was sentenced to probation, community service and a $5K fine

In June 2018 when Konstantin Kilimnik was indicted on charges of obstruction of justice and trying to coach witnesses and prosecutors accused him of having ties to Russian intelligence - he had recently been doing business with Sam Patten in Kazakhstan

In May 2018 I did a short thread on a new venture Blackwater Ammunition described as an idea from Erik Prince, Nicola Bandini and James Fenech, the latter two directors of PBM Limited

Blackwater Ammunition is now rebranded as PBM Ammunition and in August 2020 announced an agreement between Blackwater Brand Licensor and PBM Limited
