Once again in this case, a federal magistrate judge in the defendant’s home state ordered him released. Government appealed, and D.C. Chief Judge Beryl Howell granted a motion for an emergency stay. Hearing next week.
If this goes to trial the jurors who eventually have to watch that evidence deserve hazard pay.
