#NDTV - An ENGLISH news channel - gets a higher rating than Hindi channels in the UNITED KINGDOM.
Yes, they surely deserve to go to town with this!
🤣
We at the #NDTV will gleefully mock 'WhatsApp University', but in reality, THAT is where we too sometimes source our news from! Of course, getting our backsides whooped with REAL news is part of the 'game'!
Oh, talking about 'WhatsApp University', I'll just leave this photograph of a gleeful #NDTV employee here without any further comment!
Now, since former #NDTV employee Nidhi Ji has made yet another appearance on this thread, I think it is only fair to share a video applauding her professional 'achievements' here!
Of course, the good folks of #NDTV were MIGHTY proud to have one of their own 'selected' to teach journalism at Harvard!
Of course, when the yellow substance hit the fan, people were really sympathetic and pointed out to basic fact checking that would have prevented this 'humiliation'!
Now talking about 'facts' and their relevance in our daily lives, I think I'll leave this photograph here all over again!
DAMN YOU, WAU!
(WAU = WhatsApp University. Google Karo! 🤣) #NDTV
#NDTV
Ghanghor Beizzati hui.
It was indeed really awful!
If only she had read this report from her very own channel, the one and only #NDTV!
🤣
I doubt this post by someone on Kreatly Media got any replies from the now former #NDTV employee. The questions were not only difficult, but most horrifically, LOGICAL too!!
To end that 'unfortunate' saga of that ALLEGED Associate Professor from #NDTV at Harvard, I'll just leave this screenshot of a tweet by the person in question!
Refer 11 tweets above, so THIS is the reason that #NDTV beats all other Hindi channels in viewership in UK!
Free ka maal hain ye!
^^
Just in case you feel a bit lazy in scrolling all the way up, here's the tweet referencing the self-congratulatory message of #NDTV, while ALLEGEDLY casting aspersions on the ratings system within India!
So it looks like Youtube video linked in tweet 81 of this thread no longer exists .. but worry not, I have a backup!
Presenting again the video of GHANGHOR International Beijjati, that too by the US President himself!
(Thanks @_TearsOfTheSon for pointing out the missing video!)
Apparently, the tweet quoted in serial 55 of this thread too has gone missing!
Here's the backup for that as well.
Wondering why @republic on a thread 'dedicated' to #NDTV?
Well, there's only one way to find out - CLICK on it!
US Defence Secy visits India amidst a really challenging geopolitical situation emerging in the region.
Question by #NDTV: What are your views on an INTERNAL socio-political matter of India that has no relationship whatsoever with your charter of duties?
On the second anniversary of the Balakot Strike, dubbed #PulwamaRevenge, replugging a thread I wrote early that morning, ending up getting late for office!
MUST HAVE A LOOK.
Today marks the second anniversary of the attempted 'retort' to the Balakot Strike by the PAF, only to end up losing an F-16 to a MiG-21 of all the planes in the IAF inventory!
And to cap it, they ended up with a hot potato in the form of Wg Cdr Abhinandan in their hands!
Replugging a thread I wrote on that day, even as the events were still unfolding.
I was putting off tweeting about these men, since I knew the mood would only go downhill hereafter.
But then, it is definitely a day to remember the #14FebPulwamaBravehearts.
Let me share my jumbled, angry thoughts about that dastardly attack ..
I still remember that evening as the news of the attack came in and the casualty count just kept on going higher and higher. I was having dinner at my boss' place that evening. It was supposed to be a light evening, but it was anything but that. #14FebPulwamaBravehearts
I doubt anyone of us was actually 'attending' that party that evening. Despite being physical present there, we were lost in our own worlds of emotions as the gravity of the event sunk in.
There wasn't much conversation that night, despite quite a few 'talkative' guys amongst us.
Folks, sharing some thoughts on the farmers' protest, twitter, Koo etc. Let's see how it goes!
Let me begin by talking about the wave of euphoria that the global 'liberal' ecosystem has been riding ever since the defeat of Donald Trump in the just concluded US Presidential elections.
I'm not going to comment upon the controversies surrounding the conduct of the election because frankly, it doesn't matter anymore .. atleast not for the time being.
However, fact remains that social as well as mainstream media played a BIG role during that election.
/Thread/
Ok folks, so I came across this report a few weeks ago.
This report talks about reorienting bulk of 1 Corps of the Indian Army towards the China border in Ladakh.
Sharing some thoughts on the issue.
Here goes .. theprint.in/defence/army-p…
In essence, what this means is that atleast two divisions of the Indian Army will reorient, and possibly physically locate, to Ladakh, along with the Headquarters of the 1 Corps.
Frankly, this is a much needed exercise in order to plug own vulnerabilities in that region.
However, this movement / reorientation of two infantry divisions towards the LAC also means that there are going to be two divisions less in case of a contingency demanding their application on the Pakistan border.
This is what I intend to talk about here in this thread.
So there a recent report from Pakistan - one about Shri Shoaib Akhtar talking about his wet dreams of Ghazwa 'e Hind and capturing Kashmir, and then the rest of India. Here is the video, for those who have missed this story
In light of that, replugging a thread I did three years ago, analyzing the treatment meted out to Cdr Kulbhushan Jadhav's mother & wife when they had gone to meet him in Pakistan.
Its been three years plus since the incident.
Cdr Jadhav continues to be in Pakistani custody.
Here it goes ..
Sharing some thoughts on the treatment meted out to Cdr Kulbhushan Jadhav's wife and mother by Pakis, in what could easily have been a show of goodwill instead.
Still unstructured, let me see how this thread goes ..
In memory of the Four Sahebzaadas of Guru Gobind Singh, all of whom sacrificed their lives for the sake of their Dharam, this week in 1704.
Never fails to leave a lump in the throat
The kids will be watching this movie once again today afternoon. The perfect tribute to the four young martyrs
