Indictment says Brent Bozell IV “forcibly entered the United States Capitol” and “attempted to, and did, willfully injure and commit depredation against property of the United States.”
Also popped him with aiding and abetting on both of those counts.
Given the right’s Antifa obsession, I’m still amazed they just never grasped the basics.
Avoiding sweatshirts advertising schools tied to your family is like Black Bloc 101. So is keeping your mask on, especially when you’ve got an excuse — a mandate, in fact! — to keep it on.
Back in 2017, wearing a mask while protesting was something prosecutors would use to convince jurors (unsuccessfully) that you participated in a felony criminal conspiracy. Now it’s just good public health! huffpost.com/entry/inaugura…
Here’s another video featuring Brent Bozell IV on the front lines of the battle with police.

We already knew that Brent Bozell IV — son of conservative activist Brent Bozell, grandson of Joseph McCarthy’s speechwriter/Barry Goldwater’s ghostwriter — stormed the U.S. Capitol and invaded the Senate chamber.
But — unless another insurrectionist also wore an identical sweatshirt to storm the Capitol — it also looks like Bozell smashed out a Capitol window, according to this video mashup by citizen sleuths:
Amateur lawyered the heck out of that one, but the evidence is pretty damning.
“'I am in the White House!… We’re in the White House!… We’re inside the White House. Our house.’”
“WITCHER later clarified during his interview that he was so emotional and invested in the moment, he briefly forgot he was in the Capitol building, and not the White House."
Proud Boys member Christopher Worrell (aka #SgtPepperSprayer) arrested today. Affidavit cites "open-source materials located on various Twitter accounts.” #SeditionHunters
"WORRELL was extremely agitated and upset that the FBI was at his house… He also became agitated when asked about the Proud Boys. WORRELL stated that 'the Proud Boys were not a racist white supremacist group like the media tries to portray.’” documentcloud.org/documents/2051…
Once again in this case, a federal magistrate judge in the defendant’s home state ordered him released. Government appealed, and D.C. Chief Judge Beryl Howell granted a motion for an emergency stay. Hearing next week.
Two weeks ago, @JessReports and I (with the help of internet sleuths) broke a story exposing Danny “DJ”Rodriguez as the Trump fan who tased Officer Mike Fanone. No public action against him yet, but it’s very likely a larger conspiracy case is in works. huffpost.com/entry/fanone-t…
“Don’t piss off software developers,” says @jsrailton, calling @jan6evidence a “ridiculously helpful tool” that shows how citizen sleuthing efforts have matured.
