Tactics without strategy means you will lose.
မဟာဗျူဟာ မရှိပဲ နည်းဗျူဟာသက်သက်သာဆိုရင် ငါတို့ ရှုံးလိမ့်မယ်။ 1/

1. We own the streets, but since the street battles have suffered many deaths these days, we need to dismantle other pillars to leverage our sacrifices. Movements need to be varied each day so that military can never keep up and attacks on a specific area will not be intensified.

၁ လမ်းတွေက ကိုယ်တွေအပိုင်။ ဒါမဲ့ အခုရက်ပိုင်း လမ်းတိုက်ပွဲတွေမှာ ကိုယ်တွေဘက်က နှစ်နာနေတော့ အခြား မဏ္ဍိုင် တွေကို ဖြိုလှဲဖို့အာရုံစိုက်ရတော့မယ်။ခွေးတွေ မနားရအောင် လမ်းပေါ်မှာ အသတ်အဖြတ်နည်းအောင် အာရုံလွဲအောင်လုပ်ရမယ်။

လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေ တစ်နေ့တခြား သူတို့ ဥာဏ်သေးသေးလေးတွေနဲ့ မလိုက်နိုင်အောင်၊ တစ်နေရာတည်း စုဖြိုမခံရအောင် လုပ်ရမယ်။

2. Push the focus on collapsing strategic military pillars. What are strategic pillars? Is one pillar transportation? No buses/trains/taxies moving on that day. Or maybe it’s collapsing one specific military business? Or an industry: A national dismantle MyTel day?

၂ ဒါ့ကြောင့် လမ်းပေ့ါ်ကနေ အခြား မဏ္ဍိုင် တွေကို ဖြိုလှဲဖို့အာရုံစိုက်ရတော့မယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ ဘာတေကိုဆက်ဖြိုနိုင်လဲ။ ဥပမာ- လမ်းပမ်းဆက်သွယ်ရေး။ ကား၊ ဘတ်စ်ကား၊ taxi လုံးဝ (လုံးဝ) မထွက်တဲ့နေ့။

ဒါမှမဟုတ် မအလ၊ စိုးဝင်းတို့ရဲ့ မယား၊ သားသမီးတို့ရဲ့ စီးပွါးရေးတစ်ခုခုကို သေချာ ဖြိုလှဲတာမျိုး။ ဥပမာ- တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးဆိုင်ရာ MyTel Day. အဲ့နေ့မှာ MyTel ကိုအပြီးသတ် ရှင်းလိုက်တာမျိုး။

3. Let's focus on certain days: for example, 27 March. What pillar should we collapse on that day? Transportation, shipping, military family businesses? Dedicating one tactic each day across #Myanmar shows that our info circuits are reliable, and the movement is decentralized

၃ ရက်တစ်ရက်ကို focus ထားဆိုလဲ ထားကြရအောင်။ ၂၇။၃။ ဒါမဲ့ ဒီရက်မှာ ဘယ် မဏ္ဍိုင်ကို ဖြိုလှဲမလဲ?လမ်ပမ်း/ ကုန်ကား/သင်္ဘော? တစ်နေ့ နေရာတိုင်း ဗျူဟာတစ်ခုပြတာ ကိုယ်တွေရဲ့ information sharing တွေအဆင်ပြေ စိတ်ချရတာကိုသက်သေပြတာပဲ။ အရွေ့ကြီးလဲ ဗဟိုမဲ့ စစ်ဆင်ရေးဖြစ်သွားတော့ပို နိုင်ချေများတယ်။

4. Goal: High participation with lowest number of people at risk. We must show people in other townships what is doable. They can replicate in their own areas: Yangon, Mandalay, Pathein, Taunggyi. It is about moving creatively from one pillar to another, showing we are in charge

၄ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်က ပြည်သူအများအပြား အလွယ်တကူ ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲနိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ အသေအပျောက်အနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်ဖို့ပါ။ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်က အခြားမြို့နယ်က ပြည်သူတွေ ဆက်လက် ဆင့်ပွါး ကိုယ့်ဒေသနဲ့ကိုယ် လုပ်နိုင်ဖို့။

ရန်ကုန်၊ မန္တလေး၊ ပုသိမ်၊ တောင်ကြီး အကုန်။
မဏ္ဍိုင်တစ်ခုကနေ နောက်တစ်ခု ဘယ်လို အကွက်လှလှတွေနဲ့ ဖြိုမလဲဆိုက စဉ်းစားရမယ်။ ပြည်သူသာ ဆရာဆိုတာပြရမယ်။

5. From 3-finger salutes to night protests, we are a one big movement. To win, we should not depend largely on street battles. Other movements should be in place to support the street protests, like how we've dismantled the banks. We hit the military where it hurt.

၅ လက် ၃ ချောင်းထောင်တာကနေ ညသပိတ်အထိ ငါတို့က အရွေ့ကြီးတစ်ခု။ အနိုင်ကွက် စစ်အာဏာရှင် တော်လှန်တယ်ဆိုတာ လမ်းထဲတိုက်ပွဲကို ကြီးအားကိုးလို့မရဘူး။

ဒါကိုယ်တွေသိပြီးပြီ။ တခြား ဗျူဟာတွေလဲ လမ်းတိုက်ပွဲတွေနဲ့ ပြိုင်တူစီစဥ်ရမယ်။ ဘဏ်တွေကို ကျွေးလိုက်တဲ့ အကွက်တွေလိုပေါ့။ သူတို့ အထိနာမဲ့နေရာတွေကို ရွေးချရမယ်။

6. Last, we should strategically honor the dead, not spread images of violence by terrorists, like the West stopped showing images of terrorists beheading victims. If shown too much, these images lose shock factor and power. The heroes would not want to be remembered this way.

၆ နောက်ဆုံးတစ်ခုက ကျဆုံးသွားတဲ့ အာဇာနည်တွေကို စနစ်တကျဂုဏ်ပြုရမယ်။ ဒါမဲ့ စစ်တပ်ကရက်စက်ထားတဲ့ သွေးထွက်သံယိုပုံတွေကို တအားကြီးမဖြန့်သင့်ဘူး။ အနောက်နိုင်ငံတွေမှာ ISIS ခေါင်းဖြတ်သတ်တာတွေ censor လုပ်လိုက်သလို။

များလာလို့ censor မိပြီး shock factor ကုန်သွားရင် တခြားနိုင်ငံတွေလဲ ဒါတွေရိုးသွားလိမ့်မယ်။ ငါတို့ သူရဲကောင်းတွေလဲ ဒီလိုပုံတွေနဲ့ သူတို့ကို အမှတ်ရစေချင်မယ်မထင်ဘူး။

7. Winning strategy: Our flexibility, speed, and wit. We make them restless. This is not 88 anymore. We must win!
၇ ငါတို့ရဲ့ အနိုင်ပိုင် မဟာဗျူဟာက ငါတို့တွေရဲ့ တစ်ခုခုဆို မြန်မြန်ပြောင်းလွယ် ပြင်လွယ်နိုင်တာနဲ့ ဥာဏ်နီဥာဏ်နက်များခြင်းပဲ။ ဒါ ၈၈ မဟုတ်တော့ဘူး။ အရေးတော်ပုံ အောင်ရမည်!
