HIGHLIGHTS:
- Target shooting (in Christian context) means we can be accurate in whatever we ask.

- Target shooters are people who have results.
- The essence of prayer is so that we can receive.
- Your consistent prayer life is what matters to God.

- John 14:14; 16:24

- Prayer will not do what knowledge is required to do. Hosea 4:6.

- When we pray to satisfy our sensual desire, there can not be answers. James 4:3

- Though God is touched with our feelings, He is moved by our prayers. Hebrews 4:15; Psalm 34:15; John 9:31; 1Peter 3:12

To become target shooters, be careful not to pray amiss.

Becoming sharp shooters in place of prayer.
1. Living Right: John 9:31; Zechariah 3:2-4

- Knowing the will of God as touching your request guarantees you a speedy answer. 1John 5:4

- It is a fruitless effort to pray outside of God's will. Romans 12:2

2. Know the Right type of Prayer through the Holy Spirit.
- Romans 8:26-27

- It is essential to be attentive to the leading and instruction of the Spirit. 1Corinthians 2:10-12

3. Ensure that your motive is right.
- Check the content and check the motive of your prayer always.

Make sure from this moment you are a target shooter, ask and do not ask amiss and you shall surely receive answers.
