@Hadithoftheday People/Disciples of Isa A.S (Jesus)
Allah says in Qur'an:
When the disciples said: O Jesus, son of Mary! Is your Lord able to send down for us a table spread with food from heaven? He said: Observe your duty to God, if ye are true believers. (Qur'an- 5:112)
@Hadithoftheday Fifth chapter of the Quran "Al-Maidah -The Table Laden with Food" is named after the miracle of Isa A.S
Allah narrates how the disciples of Isa A.S requested him to ask Allah to send down a table laden with food,& for it to be a special day of commemoration for them in the future
"[And remember] when the disciples said, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, can your Lord send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven? [Jesus] said," Fear Allah, if you should be believers.""
(Qur'an: Al-Maaida 5: Verse 112)
@Hadithoftheday They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses."
(Qur'an: Al-Maaida 5: Verse 113)
@Hadithoftheday "Said Jesus, the son of Mary, "O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers."
(Al-Maaida 5: Verse 114)
@Hadithoftheday "Allah said, "Indeed, I will sent it down to you, but whoever disbelieves afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the worlds.""
(Al-Maaida 5: Verse 115)
@Hadithoftheday One day, Isa A.S's disciples demanded for specific proof of his prophethood. According to some reports, this arose after Isa A.S had commanded them to fast for three days. +
@Hadithoftheday When they completed the fast, they asked for a banquet table laden with food, to descend from the heavens, as a sign and also to mark a day of festival for the rich and poor alike.
Isa A.S admonished his people and warned them against making such challenges against Allah. +
@Hadithoftheday Other nations of the past had thrown similar challenges to their Prophets, and paid a high price for their demands. He also asked them to fear Allah.
Yet they insisted. Having seen Isa A.S perform various miracles, they still demanded proof.
@Hadithoftheday When they still persisted despite Isa’s AS warnings, Isa A.S supplicated to the Almighty to send a table of food to them.
A table then literally descended from the sky, laden with all sorts of marvelous dishes never seen or tasted by anyone before.
@Hadithoftheday Even when the table appeared, the people refused to eat from it, and asked Isa A.S to eat from it first, even though they were the ones who had demanded for the table in the first place.
@Hadithoftheday Isa A.S asked the poor amongst them to eat from it, and they helped themselves to the heavenly feast, until all the food was consumed.
Those who abstained from eating regretted their actions and complained, and it is said that the food kept replenishing itself day after day

@Hadithoftheday After Hijrah.
The command to shift the direction of salah to the Kabah was revealed to the Prophet ﷺ about 16-17 months after his immigration to Madinah.
@Hadithoftheday The first Qiblah that Muslims faced in their prayers was Al-Aqsa Masjid in Jerusalem.
In Makkah before the immigration to Madinah, Muslims were commanded to face Jerusalem in their prayer. This was the first Qibla that Muslims faced during the salah.
@Hadithoftheday After immigrating to Madinah, the Muslims continued to face Jerusalem for more 16 or 17 months. The Jews of Madinah rejoiced the fact that the Prophet had to take their sacred city as a Qibla. They used this to spread doubts about the validity of Islam. +
@Hadithoftheday Uncle (Paternal Uncle)
Abu Lahab was son of Abdul Mutalib
Abu Lahab was born in Makkah
His original name was Abdul Uzza
He was nicknamed Abu Lahab on account of his reddish complexion.

@Hadithoftheday Abu Lahab was one of staunch enemies of Prophet ﷺ & uncle of Prophet ﷺ. He & his wife Umm jamil did everything they could do to prosecute the Prophet ﷺ

@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:

When Prophet Dawood A.S suddenly faced two claimants who later turned out to be angels testing him.
The two angels came in form of claimants & asked Dawood A.S to judge a case.
Dawood A.S passed the verdict listening only one part of story & not the other.
The angels disappeared & he realised they were angels sent by Allah to test him & he had made a mistake
Dawood A.S used to have a special place where he could be alone to perform his worship. This area was off limits to the public. One night, a strange incident happened. Two people entered that place by climbing over the walls.Dawood A.S was understandably alarmed when he saw them+
