Accused will approach higher court, get stay on summons, and will drag the case. These cases can potentially dragged on for decades, ex: Jayalalitha - Disproportionate Asset Case - 22yrs.( 6 yrs on Translation of chargesheet)
None of the cases of corruption during UPA era, has even started in the lower court. Everytime there is summons, the accused will go and file some vague reason to stall, courts will accept and adjourning hearing for months together. What has happened to 2G case appeal ?,
2G special court found the accused 'Not Guilty' of any crime. Even Kanimozhi's Money laundering case, which was 'Open and Shut' found no merit in court of law.
From 2017, when Spl.Court pronounced its verdict, Govt side has not been able to proceed with appeal. WHY?

Why should there be a delay in Appeal against a verdict? Why is CBI/ED not aggressively pursuing these cases? Which officer of CBI/ED, delaying the appeal?

An Iron guy, roadside vendor, earning 200 to 300/day, is not eligible to get a MUDRA loan of 35000/- to renovate his cart. He has to depend on private financier who charges him 200% plus to fund.
Bank manager will not fund him as he does not have +ve CIBIL score nor security.
