Cash was 5.2% end of Jan, 9.1% end of Feb & rest raised in March per below real time tweets.

Now 40.4% cash.

Half sold March 9th: $PINS $SQ $ROKU
$GRWG sold Jan 28th for 574% gain (call options)

$MDB sold Feb 3rd for 210% gain

$TTD sold Feb 3rd for 392% gain

$CRM sold March 1st for a 4.34% loss

$CGC sold March 1st for a 96% gain

$OKTA sold March 3rd for a 102% gain

$HVBTF sold March 9th for a 125% gain

$TCEHY sold March 15th for a 76% gain

$CRWD sold March 18th for 239% gain

$ARKG sold March 22nd for a 1.85% loss.

NOTE: I am rebuying in IRA for a long term play

Currently a triple digit gain in all three positions.

The last time we saw Cathie Wood buy a stock w/ such conviction, it was $TSLA, when in the dumps.

Today, that stock is $TDOC

I own it as one of my largest positions so I have confirmation bias.

With that said, I love to see the conviction. She's a lot better at this than me.

#Ethereum is a general-purpose blockchain.

A blockchain is a decentralized network of computers that collectively maintain a ledger and prevents tampering outside the rules.

Ethereum’s defining feature is unstoppable applications that run & doesn’t trust or rely on any single entity to operate.

No one, including the creator, can stop an application running on Ethereum.

Smart contracts are at the core of the ETH blockchain.

Ethereum applications allow composability. That is, they can be built on top of each other like Lego blocks.

Applications include decentralized domain name system, autonomous organizations, prediction, and financial markets, and non-fungible tokens.

THREAD: Our Long Term Portfolio

Back in 2014, I wrote "My Wife’s Personal Mutual Fund Outperforms the Pros"

It was then that the💡went off that we should open a long term account & buy FAANG & household blue-chip stocks, & hold.

2) The blog post discussed the companies for the products & services we used most as a family. If we were using them, most likely others were too.

In Peter Lynch fashion, we should own the stocks & hold them with little activity. So we did.

Earlier this week, I shared the list in Richard's interview of me.

It's not a dividend portfolio but 14 of the 20 holdings do offer a yield - icing on the cake, from great companies.

Port yields ~ 1.5% of holdings.

The % of stocks trading above their respective 50d & 200d ma's is still fairly high.

THREAD | $GHVI - Due Diligence, so far:

3D space capture & collaboration are interesting & can generate revenue but not enough to get me excited to buy the stock, with Gores as the company behind the SPAC.

However, 3D Scan to BIM for design & construction grabs my attention!
2) Incorporating Matterport into a BIM (Building Information Modelling) process can help reduce virtual design & construction costs, while saving time & money.

I manage complex projects for a living & one thing that lacks is accurate data on existing buildings and facilities.
3) Drive Efficiencies:

Generate OBJ files & point clouds for as-builts and construction documentation.

Scan tight areas 10-15 times faster than with a typical lidar scanner.

Overlay your point cloud onto your BIM model to conduct verification.
