I think what I'm experiencing now is what sporty people always kept talking about. Actual enjoyment through exertion. You just needed to turn it into a nerd thing and I could finally get into it
When this shit takes off there's suddenly going to be a lot of fucking RIPPED nerds out there, bulking up because it's the only way to get to the next level. The world will never be the same.
For those asking I use Quest 2. I think you have to for this because you need to not have any cords - be free to move around the room.
I'm doing about half an hour of Thrill of the Fight, which is simultaneously terrifying and insanely demanding. Then about half an hour on Beat Saber on expert, which is less demanding but keeps you sweating.
You really need to get onto expert for it to be proper exercise I think, so you need to put in the time. Fortunately I find it almost impossible to stop playing, so that helps.
