$AMC $GME $TSLA $KOSS TONIGHTS RECAP " MARKET MANIPULATION TO PERFECTION." I hope and trust you all have had a wonderful Sunday. And have had a chance to just relax and regroup before the week that lies ahead. This is not financial advice and I'm not a financial advisor.
So lets get into it. If you saw my post earlier today you'd know I was in a little bit of trouble this am and for good reason. I guess that post was my only way to describe to you what I believe is going on in the market.
It's been brought to my attention that perhaps it didn't get out as much as I'd hoped it would. It's strange all the great DD I'll write up and add but it just doesn't come across the feeds of most. 🤣. I hope that what I explain to each of you tonight helps to
explain some of the madness that goes on in the mkt. I honestly hope that it'll help to further shed some light on the shenanigans at play here....So here is the post from the AM " Dance with my dogs in the night time...Trapping people with the deals I made ahead of time...Money
changes colors like tie die...In the kitchen wrists twisting like it's stir fry...Keep watching me whip up still gone be real and famous...that's automatic..." So what does this all mean. Before I blow your mind let me explain some of the backdrop you need to know...first our mkt
in the U.S. has three exchanges only but there are stock exchanges around the world. 2) Anyone can become a market maker and trade on the alternative trading system as long as the file the right forms. 3) Loopholes (I could be wrong but to
me this makes the most logical sense of everything we've seen). So line 1 " Dance with my dogs in the night time...HF and MM get together overseas when the U.S. Markets are closed. Once our mkts close here at 5pm pst and 8pm est. The foreign exchanges begin to open up and deals
can be made during this time. Remember, if you want to circumvent the rules you have to go to countries that don't mind bending them for you as the local laws can be more lenient then the U.S. trading laws. Line 2: "Trapping people with the deals I made ahead of time." Since,
Market Makers and Hedge Funds never sleep they make their deals 1 day ahead of time in the foreign markets. All deals and trades that hit the U.S. market don't always show up immediately and when they do it's in an emergency situation. Line 3: "Money changes
colors like tie dye." They are writing these contracts overseas using U.S. Funds but exchanging them into the foreign currencies for the markets they use. It could be the Yen, Euro, Rupee, just to name a few. So many exchanges in the world to hide within. This is why we are
starting to see what is going on in the Chinese market with that 20B margin call on Friday. Regulators over seas are starting to get hip to the manipulative practices and trade deals going on in the U.S. that end up on their exchanges and are getting fed up with them kicking the
can down the road. You can only do it for so long until you get called out on your BS. Line 5 "In the kitchen wrists switching to make the stir fry." HF and MM are switching/sweeping every exchange in the world to figure out how to circumvent the rules and post their naked shares
at a price point that works for them. They don't care as long as they ultimately do not have to pay the price they believe is best mkt price. By circumventing certain market places these deals don't show up until it has been air marked for your market specifically. Even then so
as I've learned the prices are different within every market especially when foreign currency is involved as the exchanges rates tend to differ. Finally the Last Lyric: "Keep watching me whip up still gone be real and famous...automatic." If you didn't realize it,
MM can write their own option call and put options. This means yes they can pull the shares out of thin air slap it on a piece of paper and call it good....Hello extra short shares at the ready. Lets put it all together lol! HF and Market Makers have the ability to get to the U.S
Market through overseas exchanges. It's not pretty but they've figured out a way to manipulate the system 1 day ahead of everything that we do. They see our reaction during the day or what goes on in the markets and discuss their next steps while our markets are no longer open.
By the time we get to the next market day they've already set up whatever was going to take place. Nothing happens in the market unless it's controlled or completely unexpected always remember there are other factors at play. By exchanging U.S. currency into
foreign denominations and then placing trades in the foreign markets earmarked for the U.S. MM have managed to circumvent the rules and regulations that rule the U.S. Market Place. As always the U.S. Trading Mkts are the standard rule bearer many other markets do not share
this same sentiment. With MM having the ability to write and set up their own calls and puts and then sell or buy them at will with whatever price terms they deem to be the best allows them to not only undercut the national best bid for options but also to obtain
much needed capital as they will sell these options to us, pull the money out of their accounts, and leave a one sided trade deals i.e. FTD's. They aren't even trying to cover these transactions and with no way of knowing how far or deep it goes. It's becoming clearer and clearer
everyday just how much on a global scale they've been operating on. This effect is far reaching and covers multiple stocks. I'll try to post as much collected data from ortex in the morning for each of the following: #AMC#GME#TSLA#KOSS. If there is another stock you
all want I'll post it. If you take nothing from the above. All I'm asking is that you hold. It appears the stuff is about to hit the fan soon. I hope this helps and I probably could give a better explanation but there is so many things happening that I'm rushing to explain this
#GME#AMC Good Evening Everyone, and welcome to Tonights Recap. I hope and trust you all have had a wonderful day enjoyed riding the waves all day. Now before I begin tonights recap let me address a housekeeping rule and concerns that are going on. Any advice that I give you is
not financial advice but information that you can use to make informed decisions as an investor. Whenever I try to provide advice I look at both the pros and cons and I try to give folks both sides of the coin. Now that being said lets address those concerns. It was brought to
my attention that creators are starting to drop off from Twitter and other platforms because we are bringing attention to the egregious behavior of the HF and MM who manipulate, commit securities fraud, violate the SHO, do not abide by the rules set in place by the SEC or the
#AMC#GME Good Evening Everyone, I hope and trust you all are well even after todays dip. It is hard to watch. But I'm hoping and expecting a rebound here shortly. Now before I go into what took place today. A general housekeeping rule if you will. 1) I'm not a financial
advisor. I simply provide/supply/explain the information as I see it. 2) Last night I was asked to perform an audit of the information that was provided across multiple platform in regards to the exempt shares owned and circulated by MM i.e. Citadel & Friends.
I will only say this once, work papers drive accounting spreadsheets and so if you don't have all or parts of the information it makes it hard to make a determination if there is some there there to the number or any number being used. I did my own DD and this is what I found.
#AMC#GME remember it is the side of the transaction that occurs first that controls the price. If its a sell then buy then the sale price will control the transaction. If it's the buy side then the buyer controls price. In either case the difference between the bid and ask
prices are so miniscule but the amount of shares being sold and repurchased over and over again are what is making the price drop off.
Additionally, let me recap about short and naked selling and how this all ties into the new rules set in place by the DTCC. If you recall a short sale is a sale of a security that the seller does
#AMC#GME Good Evening Everyone, I hope you all have had a wonderful day and did not let the market steal your joy away. Now without further delay lets get into tonights market Recap. You know in trying to decide what to write about tonight. There is so much information out there
right now and I've tried to post as much as I could all day today. But tonight I want to talk to us all about hope! And why this is important and to give us a sign that soon may the tendie man come lol. So first of all I had to calm down after hours today. For starters, I was
blocked from being able to get on the earnings call with GME even though I registered with GME. I had to wait for the call to end so that I could hear the recording. For the market to go absolutely crazy from what was said on the call is beyond me. The call didn't indicate more
#GME like I said earlier...you cannot trigger an SSR in the after hours market. It can only be triggered during the Pre Market hours and regular trading hours....Between 1am pst-1pm pst. Anything after that does not get included. Don't go into tomorrow thinking that we have an
SSR to hedge some of this...Now I'm trying to come up with DD for tonight. But I had to stop as folks seem to think GME was included in the list and it is not. pics to follow as I cannot upload them on my system so I have to go through my phone. I market off AMC but GME is no
