Flunkies: Boss, #TSLA has fallen from $1111 to $666 since you "bought" #TWTR ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Clyde: Imma sue someone ๐Ÿ˜ก
Because yeah, what investors are looking for in a CEO with a trillion dollars of their money to play with is micromanagement of endless litigation and promises of "blood".

Very sane and normal thread, dude.

If I had to guess the trigger for this latest tantrum, I'd say it's because

Cathie = Asif
Elon = Mudasir
Salman = Roku

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

But seriously, she was saying it'll be $4600 in a couple of years. It'll be lucky to stay above $600 by next Friday. House of cards is shaking.

All past recessions have started with one or two key overvalued company stocks suddenly crashing and then that panic making investors cautious, leading to other structural flaws in the market becoming salient. And then there's a big crash.

It's all there in the textbooks.
Surely you're all old enough to remember the months leading up to and after Bear Sterns. Where CEOs on CNBC kept telling us it's all cool and the bull market will continue, while liquidating their own stocks under various excuses like tax payments.

Anddd today the #TSLA stock has dipped below 700! That's what the recent Musk Twitter bot count histrionics have been about. He knew the margin call getting triggered was inevitable. So he is doing a "you can't dump me because I dump you first" to have an excuse ready to bolt.
The tantrum over the ESG index of S&P is also so much Trumplike, full of random self pity and conspiracy theory. They also removed Berkshire Hathaway and Meta from the index. You see Buffett or Zuck turning into a random whine against leftists.

As if Exxon is a leftist favorite!
Musk could have just said there are problems with the ESG index methodology, which is indeed an imperfect thing that S&P keeps tweaking.

But no, he went straight to lies and conspiracy theory about "leftists". Gaslighting expert. They actually added multiple oil companies!

Ah okay, something I've taught in class before. So short thread with the full story.

This ad is over a decade old. And first went viral 5-6 years ago with this very LOL sentiment. Making people think the company or ad agency overlooked something blatantly obvious.

Full story...
...is a lot more logical. Because obviously, there's no way this ad could pass through multiple eyes attached to sentient brains without anyone realizing that the woman is extremely pregnant already.

That, apparently WAS the point of the ad. As the Belgian company explained.
The whole point *WAS* for people to point this out and laugh. And Predictor had a response ready. That their tests are so extremely 99.99% accurate that they are even more accurate than a bulging belly.

It was deliberate absurdist hyperbole to go viral.

They did!

Dude is always projecting.
This is why Clyde is throwing tantrums today. Plus #TSLA dropped 7% today.

The #TSLA stock has dropped 40% in the last 6 weeks, entirely due to its CEO's random tantrums and also selling billions in the stock himself, while he rants at the world for saying the stock is overvalued.

Any other CEO would've been fired by now.

See, this is one news the muggles are missing in all of Elon's shenanigans. The F-150 Lightning is sold out for at least a year or so. Unless you think Farley is just telling straight up lies, that's a pretty big reason for Tesla to be worried.

Cos it's the F-150!
People outside America don't fully comprehend what a branding and product design and marketing behemoth the F-150 is.

It is the top selling car in America by a hefty hefty margin. That means it has a huge loyal sticky base that loves the whole package. Especially the storage.
F-150s have rugged engines, of course. But their main appeal is the back, which is huge, spacious, stable, comfy, and has generated a whole other economy of it's own in terms of accessories. A business like that has even been on Shark Tank. Pickup truck beds and such. Image

Thanks @russ1mitchell for covering our recent paper describing the existence of corporate computational social media accounts (#fanbots) and their role in support of the Tesla narrative. Hereโ€™s a link to the article in @latimes latimes.com/business/storyโ€ฆ and a short summary. ๐Ÿงต 1/n
Looking at tweets from Tesla IPO to 2020, we found a set of accounts that did not exhibit human-like behavior. Using Botometer botometer.osome.iu.edu, an IS tool from Fil Menczer at UoIllinois, we identified these accounts as programmed users generating pro-Tesla content. 2/n
The #fanbots were active in the pro-Tesla movement using #TSLA and $TSLA, whereas accounts active in the counter-movement around #TSLAQ and $TSLAQ were human users. This imbalance suggests that the fanbots were a strategic resource supporting the Tesla narrative. 3/n

I briefly said this before and will give details in video I'll make soon, but anyway, this shows conviction that bot will be a thing

Their plan is highly risky IMO but they seem very confident

๐Ÿ“šHow to Draw KEY LEVELS๐Ÿ“š

To start KEY LEVELS are areas of support & resistance. For beginners, in a bullish situation support is a price that a stock doesnโ€™t want to go below and resistance is a price it struggles to get above. For bearish scenario this is just the opposite. Image
Before entering a trade I start with drawing key levels on the daily chart and work my way down to 1hr, 30min, and 15min chart to make these levels more precise for day trades. Longer time frame key levels tend to act as stronger psychological levels for bounces in my opinion.
For my daily chart key levels I use red lines to remind myself, when zoomed in, that these can act as very strong levels of support and resistance. Then, I draw the 1hr, 30min, and 15min levels with blue lines.

Elon Musk's 3 Fake "Factory" Cars ๐Ÿงต
A flock of #TSLA bots flooded my earlier tweet about how #Tesla used a modded car vs. Musk's claim of a "completely unmodified, directly from factory" car for Nurburging.
Car #1 is this red car, showing obvious mods. $TSLAQ 1/8
Here's Car #2, the second #Tesla Plaid. Note the different wheels, but again, the same opaque tint job & jumbo brake setup. $TSLA $TSLAQ 2/8
Car #2 has plate # BIT 0679. Despite all the mods, this #Tesla Model S Plaid broke down on the track & had to be towed. Tesla literally tried to cover it up, and used an older Model S to try to block photography of the embarrassment. $TSLA $TSLAQ 3/8

#AMC #GME #TSLA #KOSS Part 2 of "The Recap" continuing into our dives of the SR-OCC-2021-003 rule:
Per the 801 rule section 3 and 4 were intentionally missing as it awaited the additional comments from SEC, OCC and its members in regard to items 3-5. So L2B whatโ€™s the
difference? Because people are saying this is about so many different things, Iโ€™m getting confused.
Let me go through each section so that I can help you make the connection:
First section 3 begins with the overall purpose of the rule itselfโ€ฆ. โ€œAmend the OCCโ€™s rules, Capital
Management Policy, and certain other policies to establish a persistent minimum level of skin-in-the game that Occ would contribute to cover default losses or liquidity shortfalls.โ€ Iโ€™m sorry what does that opening line sound like....I'm sorry, what rule might be? That is our

#AMC #GME #TSLA #KOSS Alright, Good Evening Everyone and welcome to The Recap. I hope you all have had an amazing day thus far and I hope that youโ€™ve been able to relax and enjoy all of the green weโ€™ve had. Tonight, on the recap we will go back over โ€œSkin-in-the-gameโ€ if you
remember from the video, I posted it talked about section 10 of the advanced notice. Now Iโ€™m going to help blow your mind a little bit as I talk about how the SR-OCC-2021-003 and the SR-2021-801 rules are 1 in the same. How the 003 fits into our โ€œSkin in the game model.โ€ Buckle
up and strap in as we take a dive into these rules. When we covered the SR-0CC-2021-801 rule a few months ago we talked about section 10 of the overall section of the SR-OCC-2021-801 rule. We said that the rule was to do each of the following:
1.Establish a persistent minimum

The EU pays BigCem billions in EU ETS to keep polluting. The SEI co-wrote a 2016 report, the EU then closing its ETS to external offsets & hence innovation-funding is killed

As the SEIs head of *industrial transformation* could you confirm my understanding is correct @GokceMe?๐Ÿ‘
#TSLA has a clear need & justification for Carbon credits redeemable in a mandatory ETS, as an *avoidance* measure. But what of industrial-process avoidance innovators? Did your thinktank's 2016 report forsee them *totally* shut-out of the EU ETS @GokceMe?

#AMC #GME #TSLA #OCGN #NAKD alright part 3 here we go. Now were we left off in part two was discussing about TSLA and how we need their sales to match their forecasts. Why is this important from an accounting perspective and internally the company is looking at having strong
quarters as we emerge from the pandemic. I know a big part of that is the micro chips and supply chains when it comes to materials both importing and exporting them and it doesn't help that a lot of it has been hampered due to the pandemic. So tomorrow I'll listen in on the call
and hopefully I can give you some insight as to what to expect from the company going forward. #OCGN you are up...Wow can I just say you guys have held and held you all saw some massive gains last week so kudos to each and every one of you who are continuing to hold onto this

#AMC #GME #TSLA #OCGN #NAKD Alright Part 2 of the recap....so before I talk status lets talk timing. Now I know every week we have folks that have done a great job at hyping us apes up and letting us know that timing is really important. This has been a long process for all of
us as I'm sure many of you didn't expect to be here almost 4 months after the partial squeeze in January and our miniature squeezes that we've had over the course of the last few months. Now timing is really important and here is why. We are in essence waiting on three rules to
finish our own protection and cover that is the NSCC 002, 007, and the return of the 005 rule. Without these three rules we are missing added layers of protection. Now it is my thought that the SEC is going through these rules as we speak and is requiring these organizations to

#AMC #GME #Stonks #Market #TSLA #wallstreetbets #mooning #squeeze #OCGN Alright, good morning everyone I hope and trust you all have had a wonderful morning thus far. Lets get into this new SR-DTC-2021-007 rule shall we. Today's Recap is about "Going Digital"
So this whole rule in a nutshell is that DTCC is going to an automated system called ClaimConnect for the following reasons:
1. Manual adjustments are not subject to the DTC's risk Management Controls, which can unexpectedly put the receiving party at risk.
2. It lacks a unique
identifier or way to track the adjustment.
3. no automated notification process, so you can see where and what's happening to the adjustments as they are being made or accepted by either party.
4. No platform exists where you can see the work being detailed out.

#AMC #GME #TSLA #KOSS #OCGN good morning everyone, I hope and trust you have had a wonderful morning despite what is going on in the market. Below is your ortex data and a few words of wisdom as we go through this valley today.
Hold if you can only buy more if you can afford to. Don't jump one ship to get to the other one just to have to come back. Reason is that you create an undue tax burden by selling short just to take whatever gains you get to apply it to the next stock. I'm sorry but nothing
short of a squeeze will get me to sell either my GME or AMC. I'm not going to dump one for the other as I like options and I always have. I'm definitely not going to pay Short term capital gains at my ordinary tax rate. Nope, as my nephew say's it's never going to happen. I'm
