If all you're doing is cold email you're going to have a rough time.

You want to get 20-30 meetings per month?

Here's what you do.

Intro

Make sure you have the capacity to handle this BEFORE you do it.

If you're a one man show freelancer - DO NOT GET 20-30 meetings.

You'll sign 5-10 clients and be fucked because you can't deliver.

Channels

Here's the channels we're using

> Cold email
> LinkedIn
> Instagram
> Facebook
> Twitter
> Phone
> Physical address

Scraping emails is easy

Getting this other data is manual.

Hire a $6/hr freelancer on Upwork to find them.

Search ALL THESE CHANNELS to find EACH prospect.

Put social URL in Google sheet

You won't find every social channel for every prospect.

That's okay

You only need at least 3

Side note:

If you're using @UpLeadHQ they now have direct dials so you can get phone numbers

Now your omni channel sequence is about hitting EACH prospect on AS MANY channels as possible.

Let's take an example

Cold email 3 times --> LinkedIn Connect --> LinkedIn Message --> Outbound call

(This is the @NickAbraham12 method)

You can sync your emails and linkedin connections using

> Any mailing app
> Go High Level CRM
> Zapier
> Elevaate Leads (Nick's software)

You set up Zapier to trigger specific actions based on which "pipe" they're in on High Level CRM

If you drag a prospect to "LinkedIn connect" pipe, it triggers Elevaate leads to connect on LinkedIn

Alternatively you can set time delays in Zapier

For instance, if no response in 24 hours after 3rd cold email, automatically send linkedin connection note

Side note:

You can reuse same first line. Make sure character count is below 280 for linkedin connection note though

Okay so you've sent 3 cold emails, got a connection, send a follow up message on LinkedIn, and they still haven't got back

Time to make an outbound phone call

Best option here is to hire an SDR to do them for you

Every time prospect is dragged to "outbound phonecall" in High Level CRM

Automatically zaps info to Google Sheet that SDR must call

Okay so you haven't got a meeting after these 7 touch points

Time to send these motherfuckers a letter

If it's a big company it'll be easy to find their address.

Use handwrytten.com - it's $3.25 per "handwritten" letter

What I recommend:

Make a personalized video for the prospect

Buy domain

videoforfirstlast.com

Fill in with their name

Build landing page on carrd

Put video on landing page

In hand written letter direct to that URL

This makes sense if your LTV is high like $10k+

I also recommend sending personalized video earlier in the sequence

And then all touch points' objective are just getting them to watch the video

BUT WAIT

You don't need to make these complicated Zapier systems right away.

Just make a google sheet with 50 prospects.

All social URL's in there.

Make columns on the right

Touch1
Touch2
Touch3
Touch4
Touch5
Touch6
Touch7
Touch8

Fill in those columns exactly what you did for each prospect.

If you're selling some $30k+ shit for yourself or a client

It's better to go DEEP on a small amount of hyper qualified people

Than to spray to hundreds of prospects
