When you talk sustainable development, what exactly do you mean? Thread-

@NAkufoAddo I have heard of the UN MDG's their sustainable development condiments & now the @AfricanUnion has come up with its own writ to the band wagon. The 2063 agenda. At 12 yrs your jnr. I ain't sure both of us will be around for it;s fruition. Thus allow me to ask,who are we fooling?

@NAkufoAddo @AfricanUnion Before we even begin to imagine, define. tabulate, understand or even assimilate this sustainable development foreign devil. Let us look at how Africa as a Continent is protecting the development all the 54 or so States have accrued, since attaining individual independence ?

@NAkufoAddo @AfricanUnion What do you see, Sir. From a professional perspective I see doom & gloom. If it is not a Gas Stn fire killing over 150 in Accra,it is a coup in it's neighborhood, floods washing off roads & killing in the East, Shanty infernos in the South or ship blocking the canal in the North.

@NAkufoAddo @AfricanUnion So what exactly is this sustainable development we hope to attain in 2030 & if Africa misses her opportunities, give it a try for 33 years until 2063. When we cannot secure, & or protect existing critical infrastructure, meant to drive that sustainability ? @Anon1KENYA

What did Ghana learn from it, to spur sustainable development especially in terms of Emergency Response & Business Continuity, Sir ?

Let us look at Market Fires then & rewind back last 10 Months to June 2020 as our starting point, Sir. What do you see ?

It is simple food security is not just an economic driver, it is a sustainable development tool kit item too.That sustainable development being sung needs people to drive it. & those people need to eat to do that. So how many market fires have there been?

What are their impacts on the existing critical infrastructure & or contribution to Ghana's failure to attain the now only 9 years to go, 2030 MDG Goals ?
So again who are we fooling Sir?

Long story short sir. You & all the other 53 or so Honchos presiding Africa. Need to stop parroting mediocrity & remove your heads from the sand.

This is a case of (With all due respect to PWD's) the blind leading the blind. They too need help on that score ! So is it not time for us to DIY ?
