03.30.21 LEARNING TO HEAL YOURSELF AND OTHERS: THE ACTUAL PROCESS OF ENERGY HEALING. Hello, old and new friends. Today I finally have for you the post on the actual process of energy healing.
I learned about energy healing myself, through years of doing QHHT and BQH sessions. I never knew I could actually be an energy healer myself, as I was always calling in archangels and the Ankenash into my sessions to do the actual healing work.
My own Higher Self, the "Big M," saw my reluctance to do healing work myself, and told me I had to start practicing, and stop relying upon others, to do energy healing for myself and my Quantum Hypnosis sessions. That upset me, because I had no confidence in myself.
I've worked with other lightworkers who are so much better at doing energy work than I am, but I continue to learn, and practice, along with all of you. Since we create our own reality, I was creating a reality with my own doubt that affected my ability to be a healer.
I've told you before how I have always been a data-driven, evidence-backed type of person, who has a hard time with things that cannot be factually proven. Defeating my ego on this issue has been the whole key to my being able to reclaim my own gifts.
The post that I've written you basically summarizes every book I've read on energy healing. The process is really simple, and there is no need for you to spend money on books or courses in order start practicing your skills right away.
