6/n @adgpi This has to be taken seriously. Cosmetic changes to mess dress is the LAST thing required. FIRST CHANGE is at Academy. Let next Passing Out Parade be in one uniform. The cadets must all wear same uniform. Start change from bottom upwards. Stop all silly accoutrements
7/n #OneArmyOneUniform Nepotism of lanyard is root cause of merit being smothered. Let cadets grow in OneArmy environment. It makes no difference what Brigadier and upward wear. They are in any case superannuating. Make it mandatory for unit downwards. CO downwards is the teeth.
