Some other miscellaneous things I've done:
• 30-minute morning journaling
• No phone within two hours of waking up
• At least ~two hours of outdoor sunshine
• Taking all calls on the phone while walking
These are all free (and pretty legit upgrades)
That's it!
Take all of these with a grain of salt. Not everything will work for you.
But start experimenting. Treating your health as an investment and a science experiment is something humans have only been able to do for ~three years.
And it's only the beginning!
