In 2020, IKHRW found out that a gang affiliated with #PJAK/#PKK terrorist group was running a complex network for the deception & transfer of Iranian youth to #Qandil. Kaveh Saqzi turned out the focul point, deceiving teenagers & children, transfers them to PJAK camps.
According to intel received, in December 2019, Kaveh Saqzi provided to 15 Kurdish teenagers, false & confusing information about traveling to Europe for study/work in #KRG, but in fact deceived & transferred them to the #PKK/#PJAK camps in the mountains. Some were able to return.
Kaveh Saqezi continues his dirty deeds. He is still deceiving Iranian youth, and Iranian government institutions must work harder to confront and extradite him to Iran for punishment. Once in #KRG, his henchmen seize documents, cash & phones and hands them over 2 PJAK militants.
In fact, Kaveh Saqezi acts as a sergeant to bring Iranian members to #PJAK terrorist group. He deceives the target or encourages it 2 join PJAK. Saeed presented his chat history 2 IKHRW, which shows that Kaveh Saqzi has established networks in border cities as well as #KRG.
In the pictures and audio file above, it is clear that the person is being guided by Kaveh Saqzi to join #PJAK via Mariwan & buy an Iraqi SIM card. Later on, Saeed, who is very angry about Kaveh Saqzi’s lack of cooperation, confronts Bakhtiar.
It is possible that Bakhtiar is trying to get a SIM card for Saeed so that the process of transferring him to Iraq and Qandil will not face any problems. So far, Saeed has left Tehran and arrived in Mariwan, and now in Mariwan, he's waiting for Saqzi’s answer; SIM card not found.
