Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia...
In 2019 they said they were developing a new policy (no new policy has been published)
Previously on "The Women's Prize Gaslights Women"
The "Mars Bars, Chocolate Bars and Carob Bars"

Definition they came up with for the award ....

Note that the definition they now give:

"A cis woman or a trans gender woman who is legally defined as a woman"

Is not the same as the definition the gave last year:

"a cis woman, a transgender woman or anyone who is legally defined as a woman or of the female sex"
The idea that The Women's Prize is "legally bound to gender definitions" by charity law is nonsense (...see For Women Scotland v Scottish Government)

What they are is scared and bullied like every other institution.

Its April. My appeal is coming up soon.

It is two years since I lost my job @CGDev for disagreeing w the erasure of sex

16 months since CGD's representatives stood up in court and said such things as "how can you possibly tell what sex someone is?"

15 months since JKR tweeted
In that time not one international development blogger, open government commentator, women in development commentator has written a word.

There has not been one article in the development, voluntary sector etc.. press @devex @CivilSocietyUK @ACEVO @ThirdSector
CGDev pleaded & the judge agreed that my view is "not worthy of respect in a democratic society" --

putting it on par w naziism

How they square this w writing perfectly sensible articles like this, I do not know, and no one has had the courage to ask

I am thinking about #digitalidentity and how your personal data is required and used by official and commercial systems

Basic data protection requires it be accurate, reliable and purposeful.

So if they record my sex it shouldn't then be mixed up in a category that's not sex
Current systems which mix up sex and self identified gender cause all kinds of risks and problems, which get worse with interoperability
What would good ID look like in relation to sex?

Are these 5 system characteristics adequate?

Rape charges are falling

Crimes disproportionately effecting women and carried out by men
"Gender" perceived to be the motivation for high percentage of hate crime

or does she mean sex?

Cat from Gires tells @BBradley_Mans that it is not against the law for male people to use women's toilets.

If a woman makes a fuss it is possibly a crime. Breach of the peace.

Shocking misrepresentation. Lack of any respect for women
Cat talks about "inappropriate puberty"
Now they are getting "did the government ask the right questions" ?

I don't remember any of the gender critical speakers getting this question

Cat Burton from GIRES at @Commonswomequ says had to send every scrap of paper from the past 2 years. And that the panel don't give feedback.

Panel say 5 or 6 pieces of documentation over two years

Misogyny as a Hate Crime

Reading the Evaluation of the pilot in Nottingham ....

nottingham.ac.uk/lipp/documents…
The policy is focused on street harassment and the nighttime economy

- they say women are harassed because of their "gender" but they mean sex

Its not because of their clothing or the size of their breasts

telegraph.co.uk/women/life/mad…
Interesting on "misogyny"
