I like Google Workplace. It's easy to setup and super cheap. About $5.99 per email. Setup your accounts with Google and segment your accounts accordingly.
2. Use google Chrome as Your Primary Browser.
It has a cheat code called Profiles where u can separate ur accounts pretty easily. In other words, you can dedicate a window to each email profile u have. Bookmarks, history & all are saved...
There's a tool called @Unrollme that can basically DELETE all of your unwanted subscriptions in minutes. Then, it will roll up all of the subs you do like into a daily email.
This will save you HOURS of work.
4. Develop Your Email SOP
Ok, this is the fun part (for me, at least, lol).
This is where you create your systems.
Open up a Google Doc and GET TO WORK. Here's how:
1a. Make a list of the email TYPES you check daily.
1b. Create an FAQ of email types you receive.
Example: I get emails regarding podcast features, prospects, etc...We created a master FAQ doc with canned responses to ALL types of emails.
If a new request type comes in...
We add it to the FAQ doc. This is so that a VA or EA can take over shortly. More on that soon...
Once you have your email list and your FAQs for each email, NOW you're ready to delegate.
Sidenote: You can use a lot of answers to queries in your actual website FAQs, too!
Here's a look at our SOP. It shows th emails to review and also includes links to the FAQs further in the doc.
Now, record yourself performing these actions and add a link to your video training.
Now, you can delegate to a VA, as you have the training and FAQ docs for them to use!
By developing the FAQ doc for each business (or email address), you're building a knowledge base for later! I hope this helps and if y'all have questions, I'm here.
P.S. if you're looking for a quick 20m training on developing SOPs for your business, I got you:
Passive income is possible, but it takes a lot of upfront work. For anyone looking to diversify and create additional revenue streams, I have a few tips (pic is from today for reference).

We create websites and brand identities for clients, so other income streams are based on that including:
I get questions from other #webdesigners on how to diversify their income without having to start a new business.

1. Develop Your Processes
I know, I know I talk about this a lot, but it's crucial.
Write down EVERY SINGLE DAMN STEP of each task your perform or delegate in your business and create screencaps. It's your blueprint and the best way to scale your efforts.
With web design, you'll have amazing months and you'll have ok ones. once you start to build your systems, you can create other income opportunities from your agency.
