I need to find a lawsuit filed by Gregory Withrow vs. ADL, SPLC, and a host of other [unknown to me] parties in either 2000 or 2001 - related to CA hate crimes laws.
Those are all the details I have, I'm clueless, and I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?
In 2000, Withrow announced that his renunciation of the white supremacist movement was all a pre-planned, 14-year ruse.
In 2001, he filed a lawsuit seeking to overturn California hate crime convictions, which claimed the laws were developed based on his false testimony.
The extent of Withrow's claims concerning a 14 year long 'fake former white supremacist' plot are debatable, but...
In response to the news, one infamous Neo Nazi leader said: "I'm glad he finally fessed up" and "came clean." That leader?
Tom Metzger.
In sum:
For anyone concerned about white supremacist infiltration strategies (especially as pertains Tom Metzger and W.A.R.) - records related to that legal filing would have been invaluable.
And now back to related work (albeit with a much bigger headache).
So, the county destroyed Withrow's case file for the 2001 lawsuit, which was - obviously - dismissed, but according to federal court records in subsequent years...
He seemed to take the loss well.
I can't wait until I've got the time required to read this 100+ page complaint, in which Withrow sues the state of California for war crimes, genocide, and treason.
Among other gems, it's got a photo of a young Withrow, credited to...Savitri Devi.
WILD.
Most of my followers won’t know who Savitri Devi is, but - let’s just say this is a very bizarre and intriguing turn to an already wild case.
Withrow looks really, really young in that photo.
And I don’t yet have time to figure out why the hell it’s included in the complaint.
Tearing myself away from this mystery to finish working on something else, but you’re going to hear more about it from me soon. Bet.

Was this really a good historical moment to nominate a Waco guy for ATF?
... really?
Me and my migraine are logging off for the weekend.
“Hey, I’ve got a great idea since *checks calendar* April 19 is coming up - let’s issue an executive order on gun control AND nominate a Waco guy to lead the ATF!”
How’s the admin ‘taking right wing extremism seriously’ and yet manages to be...
... THIS bad at history
How did NO ONE in Biden’s admin catch this?
- April 19
- executive order
- gun legislation
- Waco
- ATF
- retired now, previously on K-9 unit
- spent time at Joint Base Myer-Henderson
- active in white supremacist circles for decades, dating back to The Order
- tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan
Posted by the same guy
Other info:
- ran /vetted for Op Werewolf Discord
- knew the original Neo Nazi crews sent up at San Quentin / Pelican Bay
- spent about a year on K-9 unit in DC
- moved ‘back’ to Texas after retirement
- links to ANP and Covington
Help me out here.
I really, really need to ID that guy.
His entire career in the military and law enforcement resulted from White supremacist infiltration strategy - he wasn’t ‘radicalized’ during or after.
These leaked messages I’ve got are too full of accurate and obscure info for a LARP.
1. Jesus is one of the most important Prophets in Islam, quoted in the Qur’an more than any others.
2. Allah means “the God” in Arabic (the SAME God as Christianity).
3. Mary is revered by Muslims - hence, the widespread name “Miriam.”
4. When Mohammed was facing relentless persecution in Mecca, he sent half the Muslim community to Abyssinia - to live with, and under the protection of, a Christian King.
5. A Muslim family has held the keys to Jerusalem’s Church of the Holy Sepulcher in since the 7th century.
- Derek Chauvin and George Floyd worked together at a bar.
- Chauvin had a reputation for abusive behavior towards minority patrons.
- Floyd complained to the club’s owner.
10 minutes isn’t enough time to recognize the man you’re murdering?
