So how do we begin the brainwashing?
Step 1: Identify the person that means the most to you

Step 2: Give them a large sum of money

You will ONLY be getting this money back if you achieve the goal you set for yourself.
Here's why this works:

- You want to achieve your goal
- You won't want to let them down
- You will want to get your money back

And yes, this is something I did myself on multiple occasions.

It boasts an astounding 100% success rate.
I gave my girlfriend 50% of my bank account.

I had business goals set BUT I would get the money back if I hit my systems goals.

(VERY IMPORTANT)

You want to set systems goals that you are in 100% control of and do it based on that.
Weight loss example.

Jim wants to lose 20lbs.

Jim's systems goals would be to

- workout
- eat a certain diet

Makes sense right?
Warning: this is not something you'll want to do at all

You will feel too much risk involved in letting down the person you care about, losing money, and failing.

TOO BAD.

What's the alternative?

Staying the same? Having the same problems? Living the same life?
If you don't bet on yourself, you will never win.

You accept mediocrity.

Will you be okay with that 5 - 10 -15 years from now?

Or will you have a sour taste of regret?

The choice is yours.
