Seven more anti-trans sports bills are up for consideration this week, including:

In AL, a bill that would make it a felony to provide gender-affirming health care to trans kids, could move in the House anytime.

If this bill passes, the Senate will have to approve House amendments before sending to the Governor.
TN's Slate of Hate includes:

#HB1233, an anti-trans bathroom bill for schools

#SB1224, an anti-trans bathroom bill for businesses

#HB578, a ban on gender affirming care for trans youth

#SB126, another similar ban

#SB1229, a bill undermining access to sex ed.
In TX, two bills are moving tomorrow.

#HB1424 would allow for healthcare discrimination against patients, including LGBTQ people, under the guise of religions freedom.

#HB1399 would effectively prohibit gender affirming care.
Many of these bills are vicious, dangerous and they’re moving at rapid speed.

In South Dakota, Governor Kristi Noem failed to get the anti-trans sports bill she wanted. Then she issued two executive orders to similar effect banning trans women and girls from playing sports.

Gov. Noem's orders cannot withstand legal scrutiny.
Last week in Arkansas, Governor Asa Hutchinson signed a bill that would allow doctors and health care workers to deny services to LGBTQ people, along with an anti-trans sports bill.

This week, he could sign legislation banning health care for trans kids.

Last night, the Tennessee legislature voted to advance #HB3 #SB228, an anti-LGBTQ bill that would ban trans kids in middle and high school from playing sports.

Yesterday, Arkansas’ Senate also passed #SB354, an anti-trans sports ban. It’s headed to Governor @AsaHutchinson’s desk for signature.

Call his office at 501-682-2345 and demand a veto.

25 bills aimed at limiting medical care for transgender people.

That is just the start.
In Mississippi and South Dakota, state legislators have already passed bills targeting LGBTQ people.

Both states passed bills to ban trans girls from playing sports. SD legislators also passed a religious refusal bill granting a license to discriminate against LGBTQ people.

Alabama's State Senate is set to vote today on HB1/SB10, an anti-trans bill that would make it illegal for doctors to provide gender-affirming care—with potential prison sentences up to 10 years. If you live in Alabama, please call your legislators today.
An anti-trans sports bill (HB 391) passed the Alabama House Judiciary Committee last Wednesday and a floor vote is also expected today.

Lawmakers in 21 states (AL, AR, AZ, CT, GA, IA, IN, KY, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NH, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, and UT) are pushing forward similar attacks.

These dangerous bills would:
❌Ban youth from seeking gender-affirming medical care.
❌Ban trans kids from playing sports
In Mississippi, an anti-trans sports bill, SB2536, is active in the Senate and has been assigned to the University and Colleges committee.

This bill is moving through both chambers at the same time and has a March 2 deadline for committee votes.
