THREAD: 1/ The Biden administration didn't go further than SSCI. SSCI "found that Konstantin Kilimnik is a Russian intelligence officer", thus Manafort would've been sharing polling data directly with Russian intelligence. The FBI/Mueller only saw "ties" between Kilimnik and RIS.
2/ SSCI also assessed that Deripaska deputy Viktor Boyarkin was a GRU officer who Kilimnik told Manafort he had been "sending everything to" for Deripaska. Rick Gates thought Kilimnik would share the polling data with Deripaska (via Boyarkin), but SSCI had no evidence of this.
3/ Mueller referred to Boyarkin just as "Deripaska's deputy" and had no insight into what happened with the polling data after it was sent to Kilimnik. Gates explained that Manafort was sharing the polling data with Deripaska to thwart a lawsuit.
4/ Given the @USTreasury provided no new evidence of Kilimnik passing polling data to RIS, assume that Biden is adopting Mueller's view that Kilimnik is tied to RIS and taking Gates's word that he was passing the data to SSCI's GRU officer Viktor Boyarkin. home.treasury.gov/news/press-rel…
5/ We still haven't seen any evidence that Kilimnik or Boyarkin are Russian intelligence officers, however we do know that Kilimnik was a State Department source for Alan Purcell, Alexander Kasanoff, and Eric Schultz. I'd take salt with this entire story. thehill.com/opinion/white-…

2/ So I did my thing. Originally, I thought he could be David House of @xychelsea fame because he lived near Lexington, AL, hence @LexingtonAl. So I've been leaving comments on her site to see if she would bite, and today she did. (It's not House btw) emptywheel.net/2020/12/01/hou…
3/ Marcy states that "Phil has tried to leave at least three more comments, the last one making crystal clear that it was him". This is referring to when I figured out that "Phil" was Michael L. Adams or the defunct Twitter user @mla1396. Cc: @GenFlynnemptywheel.net/2020/12/01/tru…

THREAD: "Liz's quote, "the White House is running this."" - @petestrzok 8/5/16
1/ With the release of the 9/7/16 CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell memorandum, I think we can finally determine the significance of this text message and who "Liz" might be. judiciary.senate.gov/press/rep/rele…
2/ If one follows the texts between Strzok and @NatSecLisa from the day before his meeting with Liz, it's clear that Pete is referring to his hesitance of an upcoming Langley meeting with @CIA analysts because "her group [the agency] is apparently too big to fit in a car".
3/ Page even admits in her testimony to @MarkMeadows that this text refers to the White House running "the broader intelligence community's investigation of Russian active measures", i.e. the CH fusion cell, but "definitely not" the FBI Russia collusion investigation. Sure, Lisa.
