In my Sequel Trilogy to Star Wars, Grand Admiral Thrawn and Kylo Ren launch an offensive and sack Corusant in the opening act...

Luke isn’t in “hiding” but has been exiled by his own Jedi order, which Kylo is on the verge of wiping out.

Rey is still the heroine.

We go deeper on the Storm Troopers like Finn rejecting their conditioning. “Rebelling”.

We get a more PTSD Finn and actually we get an actual romantic angle with him and Rey with her being protective of him.

Poe becomes sympathetic to the reality of brainwashed child soldiers.

Han and Leia make a tragic sacrifice at the end of the first film to save as many people on both sides of a conflict and stop a super weapon when the Imperials decide to put their own ppl in the crossfire to win.

This leads to more defectors...
A NEW Rebellion...

Meanwhile Rey/Poe/Finn are trying to free POWs taken by the Imperial Remnant and end up encountering but not confronting Kylo...

Rey ends up fainting and has a Force Vision. She awakens back at the safe house with the others but immediately lashes out uncontrollably in panic

The Force has awaken violently in Rey like someone broke the lock ins floodgate and she’s crying and screaming as objects fly all around the room. Finn takes minor injuries until he reaches her and holds her until she comes back to herself.

He takes a scar above his right eye

Rey feels guilt and fear about what just happened and Finn explains who Kylo Ren is.

Poe tells them about The Jedi Order being hunted and wiped out and Finn insist that Kylo will be coming for her now, and that he can probably sense her.

They make a plan to flee

Kylo does sense Rey’s Awakening and has a negative reaction, it disturbs him do much he takes off his helmet and is clutching his chest trying not to vomit, as if he’s been poisoned or injured...

He begins talking to himself or hearing a voice... then a distant cackle

Meanwhile Grand Admiral Thrawn continues his offensive taking system after system.

He is now interrogating a prisoner, a Jedi about the whereabouts of Luke Skywalker.

The prisoner says that finding him is pointless. He’s a Jedi Exile, an outcast rejected by even the Force

Thrawn is intrigued. And the Jedi tells his story, about the fall of Kylo and how Luke’s refusal to take responsibility ended in a divided order. And that when it was over the New Council severed Luke’s connection to the Force and exiled him to the unknown regions...

Thrawn thanks the Jedi for his cooperation and offers him an opportunity to earn his freedom.

If he can defeat Kylo on single combat. He loses... badly.

Kylo reports the disturbance he felt and that he wants to pursue it.

Thrawn insist they have other priorities.

Thrawn and Kylo attend to the Star Killer super weapon... similar to the Deathstar but a mass production model more like a Star Destroyer.

It’s a weapon they recovered from an old Darkside Weapons Foundry of the Sith and adapted for their purposes.

Han and Leia end up destroying the super weapon (Holdo maneuver), toward the end of the film.

Kylo not completely satisfied deploys the 3 of the Knights of Ren... his own acolytes to go where he sensed the disturbance... he describes and sketches an outline of the figure he sensed in his vision... a girl... with a great darkness in her that he feels has no bottom... Rey

Poe, Finn and Rey use Finn’s background to infiltrate the POW camp. They reduce Poe’s comrades. They try to avoid killing Storm Troopers at Finn’s request.

Finn is confronted by a former comrade who attacks him as a traitor, he tells the others not to interfere.

He fights his former comrade while trying to reason with her but she is overwhelming him with her melee weapon.

She is about to kill him when Rey reaches out her hand and says “NO!!!” And Force Freezes the trooper. Rey is angry and entranced.

With her hand extended Rey is now lifting the trooper off the ground while also choking her...

Everyone around her is screaming for her to stop but they sound far away...

She is drunk on this feeling of unlimited power...

Finn finally breaks through “Rey... please...”

She snaps out of it horrified... she looks at him, tears in her eyes.

He tells her it’s not her fault.
The female trooper removes her helmet, vomits and crawls away from Rey calling her “monster!”.

Everyone is afraid of Rey. Even Poe. Finn stands up for her.

Finn reaches out his hand for his former comrade and helps her to her feet. She reluctantly acknowledges that he’s not a traitor and that something about all this feels wrong somehow.

One of the POWs is Chewy, POEs commanding officer.

They make plans to try to meet up with the Republic fleet.

Chewy insist they take the Falcon. The crew is Rey, Poe, Finn, Chewy, and Darla (female trooper). 3PO is onboard and was hidden in one of the smuggling bins.

They blast their way out and head into space.

They talk more about Rey’s abilities. And 3PO shows them an old hologram of Luke Training.

Chewy suggest they head to Maz Kanata for advice.

Rey and crew meet Maz, she explains a bit about the Force, the light and the Dark and her own knowledge of Luke and Kylo.

She gives Rey Luke’s original saber. Rey has a Force vision of herself with her saber changing between Blue, to Red and back... and lastly Gold...

Maz also hands her a Holocron. Luke’s secret Holocron. He told her should the Jedi fall a new champion in the Force would Rise and Ascend to restore balance.

Imperial troops arrive as do 3 of the Knights. A Battle ensues and Republic reinforcements arrive.

Chewy and Poe backup the Republic.

Darla, Finn and Rey face the Knights directly. They make short work of Finn and Darla who are injured but not dead and being toyed with.

Rey Force Screams... “NO!” Brining them briefly to their knees, staggering. She savagely kicks one of the Knights, Force pulling his saber and beheading him with both red and blue... just like Anakin .

She has a flash of her previous vision. She fights the other 2 viscously.

Even while taking some damage she shrugs it off, growing more angry and visibly more hateful with every moment...

In her mind in the distance she hears a cackle “good... good...”

One of the knights retreats. The remaining Knight blast Rey with lightning. She drops her saber

As Rey is being tortured with Force lighting (similar to Luke).

Finn tried to crawl to her... they reach out for each other... he closes his eyes and feels something ... giving him strength...

Rey is suffering and just as they almost touch hands, a blue saber pierced the Knight

Darla stabs the Knight from behind. And they fall dead.

Finn and Darla carry a nearly unconscious Rey to Falcon to regroup with Chewy and Poe.

Meanwhile in orbit Kylo and Thrawn decide it’s time to end this with the Starkiller super weapon.

Thrawn and Kylo are on their Super Star Destoyer as the Star Killer Moves into position.

The Republic forces can’t break through Thrawn’s strategy.

Han and Leia make a desperate move and destroy StarKiller by ramming it at hyper speed.

Because Thrawn was willing to sacrifice his boots on the ground the Stormtroopers on the planet surrender and defect. They Rebel...

The remaining Republic forces, push back Thrawn after he looses half his fleet to Han and Leia.

Rey awakens with Finn holding her hand.

Darla ask Poe to stand with her in front of the survivors of the battle from both sides.

They are no longer fighting for the Empire or the Republic, but for the Galaxy, for each other.., the Galactic Alliance is born...

Rey tells Finn that’s she’s broken... that something inside her is overwhelming her, it feeds on fear, hate, suffering... and it’s hunger is bottomless... she’s scared.

He tells her she’s not broken, she’s hurting, nursing a wound that needs to heal. He feels the good in her

In space the Knight tells Kylo of the battle. Kylo removes his mask. He looks visibly shaken.

He seems fearful. “We have a new enemy. I had feared the Return of Skywalker, the return of the Jedi... but now I fear something far worse... it shakes me to my very soul”.

Kylo meditates. He reaches out towards Rey... and instead has a vision of himself, bloodied, and drenched in rain, scrambling and fleeing from a dark figure...

Brandishing two light sabers, one red, and one blue....

He takes off his helmet and vomits...

Thrawn enters his chambers
“Kylo, are you quite alright?”

“No Grand Admiral... I have felt a great disturbance in the Force... one that can destroy us... “

Meanwhile on a distant molten planet an old man in brown robes has just uncovered a Sith wayfinder... he pulls back his hood to reveal Luke Skywalker..,
