Here are some notes for you:
1:1 Coaching and group memberships are a great way to provide value and build testimonials.

While a lot of people want to start with a product, starting with a service and building relationships was very natural for me, rewarding and profitable.
By investing time directly with people, the value is proven and credibility is established.

You can earn your first customers and clients through FREE training webinars or developing a masterclass that shows them what to expect from your style of teaching or training
The great thing about approaching a coaching business this way is that by having those upfront interactions and offerings, you are filtering for people who YOUR unique style and personality are the right fit for.

Your time and their time isn't wasted this way. Qualify them.
The next important thing is to clearly define your offering.

This is something I have doubled down on, in terms of making it clear WHO I serve, WHAT outcomes we are working towards, and HOW we are going to get there.

Set clear expectations for your consumers.
Next you will want to make sure you have easy access in terms of communication and also an easy way to accept payments. Both @paypal and #Stripe are great ways to capture funds, and as for communication setup a support email system and maybe even a google voice number.
When it comes to your FREE masterclass and your Webinar, don't be afraid to ask for testimonials and success stories from those people even if they haven't spent money with you yet.

You can also offer to work with some of those folks for free in order to build your brand
Don't do your lead magnets halfway. Make the products as good as something they could spend money on and they will understand that you are someone who always focuses on VALUE.

If you establish VALUE, you won't have to haggle on PRICE.
