When my wife and I got married in 2012, I told her, "Brenda, I took you out of your castle to live under a rock. I will find a way to build ourselves a castle that we can fill with children and good memories."
But I failed to keep my promise.
Until...

My wife's family is well off economically.
Her dad is the Executive Manager of a very important company owned by the richest man in the Dominican Republic.
Her mom is a Dentist...
...and you know what they say about dentists.
When Brenda and I were dating, she used to pick me up in her big Totoya SVU.
Meanwhile, I used public transportation to visit her.
On occasion, he would walk home and arrive drenched in sweat.
(At least I know she married me for my fantastic Latino looks and not my money)
Since we started dating in 2008, she always insisted that I open an online business.
But I never follow through out of fear.
However, I experienced what it feels like to find someone who trusts you more than you trust yourself.
It's a life hack, as far as I'm concerned.
It took years for me to get over my foolish worries:
• What will they think?
• Will they hate my work?
• They'll make fun of me...
• What if I fail?
We had our first children in 2017.
And I still hadn't started my dreamed online business.
I was still fearful.
Failure and being laughed at by an * imaginary * crowd is sure to stop you in your tracks if you don't know how to deal with them.
However, in 2018, I decided to use Twitter to grow a business.
On Oct. 30, 2018, I posted my first offer on Twitter out of PURE desperation.
My mortgage was due, I had no money, and a baby to feed.
To my luck, people began buying.
That's when I realized that luck is something you create by sticking your neck out... risking embarrassment.
I had read about the idea of creating your luck...
But never quite understood it until I saw it pan out in front of my eyes.
It's crazy how a minute after you start taking action, you realize how dumb you were for not taking it sooner.
By putting my fear in a box and throwing them to the sea, I finally delivered on the promise I made to my wife back in 2012.
Today we build ourselves a castle, we have two awesome children and many good memories!

"One last try,” I said to myself in October 2018.
It was the last time I would try to make money online.
By the end of that month, I had made $4K+ using Twitter.
