DYK... The 1965 charter of the PLO (the "sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people") declared that the Palestinian people "does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah Area”.
In 1965, before Israel liberated Judea & Samaria (in 1967), the "Palestinians" had no territorial claim to the areas they now assert are "occupied Palestinian territories,"... their only goal was to destroy 🇮🇱!

While ignoring both history & law, #FatouBensouda & the @IntlCrimCourt both decided that they know better than the Palestinians & decided to invent the "historical" "State of PaLIEstine" specifically in the areas the Palestinians denounced any claim to.
