Black males age 14-40 who make up almost 95% of those crimes mentioned below. They are also residents of largely urban areas, have low rates of literacy and fall within 10% of, are at, or below the poverty line. A large percentage of those violent crimes are black on black.

We need to deconstruct thug culture. We need 2 parents to raise a child, they need quality education, proper food, structure and a practiced resistance to the thug culture that currently permeates our society. Any child raised properly has a chance. Kids deserve better.
When I see bad kids I blame the parents. When I see bad kids and bad parents, I blame the culture.
This is a universal truth. You see it in violent trailer parks, ghettos, dangerous mountain communities and border slums. Bad people tend to raise bad kids because they tend to practice bad culture.
