🌼 In an interview with Saga, Mrs Middleton revealed she loves nothing more than gardening with her young grandchildren.
“It's important for children to grow up appreciating nature and part of that is allowing them to get a bit muddy”
🤝 Speaking to Good Housekeeping, she said:
"I feel it is my children's role to pass on what they think is important to their children. I know how hard it was for me bringing up my own children, that you invest a lot in them, and don't really want a know-it-all granny out there"
🎄 The Middleton's £4.7million manor house in Berkshire is where the couple lived in the first few weeks after Prince George was born.
They have also broken with royal tradition to spend Christmas there instead of Sandringham
🧡 Middleton told Stella:
“My biggest fear [as her offspring grew] was that I’d lose my family. But we’ve stayed close.”
Tatler referred to Carole as the "matriarch, financial director, fashion muse, groovy down-with-the-kids mum and...chief grandparent to our future monarch"
🤐 The Middletons seem to have taken royal life in their stride and even after all this time are still keen not to put a foot wrong.
As Mrs Middleton once said in an interview in the Telegraph Magazine: “Over the years, it’s proved wise not to say anything”
🎁 Mrs Middleton, who runs party supply company Party Pieces, is said to have recently requested that a publicity drive for a Good Housekeeping interview she conducted not to go ahead as she didn’t want to seem “insensitive” while Prince Philip was in hospital
✨ Mrs Middleton spoke of a socially-distanced Christmas:
"What really matters is that my family feels connected. I normally let my grandchildren help me decorate the tree. This year, I'll ask them by video call...It may need to be tastefully rearranged later…!"
