I have heard and read many people, most of them are people i really care about, giving blame equally to state and centre for 2nd wave.
I will say that short of declaring president's rule, centre could not have done anything beyond what it did or doing. ./1

Producing 2.8bn vaccine doses will take years given the current capacity ( already the biggest in the world). Even if you expand, what will you do post Corona with that capacity?
States in India get away with murder, only schemes that work on rural ground are central schemes../2

State govts never bothered to put up the oxygen plants except up - 37 installed between December 2020 to April2021. People who want more govt hospitals, have you seen their condition? Best is that Ayushman insurance scheme launched by PM, maomata/Kejri didn't launch it only../5

Why? Because they could not change the name. For centre to be able to do something on 'health', it must move to central list or declaring governor's rule must be out of purview of SC.../6

When I went for vaccine in march, there was no body in that centre, we waited for 15 minutes for someone to come as doctor didn't want to waste the vial. I went out and got 2 more people in, paid for their vaccine.. at least 5-6 ran away citing issues & "corona is dead"../7

Now same 60+ are crowding vax centres. Why should they be allowed vaccination at the expense of young? Those are the biggest culprits..now endangering the young.
So SM warriors, producing 2.8bn doses will take long time.. what will we do with excess capacity post corona?../8

Add to it the shelf life of vaccine is mere 3 months.. Those gyanis who keep on shouting ," we should have produced.." need to go back to classroom to learn mathematics.
For 60 days people barely turned up, wasting unto 18-19% vaccine../9

If you ask me one culprit, it is 65 years + citizens who just didn't go despite appeals by PM giving all sort of wataApp gyan../10
