Hearing in Delhi High Court resumes regarding the shortage of oxygen supply, beds, and medicines in the hospitals in Delhi.
Batra Hospital of Delhi informs Delhi High Court that it's running out of oxygen. Batra hospital officials say, "We are in SOS since 6am today morning, we have 307 patients admitted, out of whom 230 are on oxygen support."

On the suggestions that Delhi Govt should take help of Armed Forces to setup more infrastructure in Delhi, counsel of Delhi Govt says, we are in the process at the highest level, our govt is looking into it, we're coming up with 15000 more beds.
Court says, if you were to request the army, they would work at their own level. They have their own infrastructure.
Delhi Govt's advocate Rahul Mehra urges Hc to issue a contempt notice to erring supplier for supplying less than 40% of their voluntarily agreed amount, saying that unless we put the fear in supplier, they will take the city on ransom.

HC asks Amicus curiae to talk to supplier
Delhi High Court directs Centre to ensure that 4 oxygen tankers (having Haryana Number) allocated to Delhi, but currently detained in Rajasthan, are released immediately. Court also asked the Counsel representing Centre to file a compliance report of it.
Batra Hospital informs Delhi HC that they were out of oxygen for sometime today and lost lives too, including their own doctor, due to that. It also informs that the oxygen tankers reached them sometime back. Delhi High Court suggests the hospital to install oxygen generator.
HC says there is choking of beds. HC notes an official order by DGHS on revised discharge policy. The Court directs all hospitals to provide information on patients who have stayed more than 10 days, and the number of daily admissions and discharges.
HC directs Centre Govt Counsel Amit Mahajan to forthwith take up the matter with the officers of central government on supply of oxygen from Linde and others.

Multiple hospitals tell HC that their supplier Linde Air is not providing the oxygen.
HC directs Centre to ensure that Delhi receives its 490 MT oxygen supply today by whatever means.
"Water has gone above the head. Now we mean business. You (Centre) will arrange everything now, "the court said.

The Delhi High Court has listed the matter for further hearing on Monday.

Supreme Court allows the process of counting of votes of Uttar Pradesh Gram Panchayat polls starting tomorrow while taking into note the assurance given by the State Election Commission that necessary measures will take place at counting centers in terms of
#COVID19 guidelines.
Declining to defer the counting of Gram Panchayat election in Uttar Pradesh, Supreme Court directs the state to impose curfew till counting goes on in the centers. Supreme Court says no victory rallies to take place.
