In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Liver is revered as the regulator of the movement of Qi within the body, circulating the flow of energy that sustains life
If there is stagnation of the Liver, there is stagnation of Qi, resulting in disease + dis-ease
Think about what happens to a stagnant pond: it breeds algae, mosquitoes, disease
Whereas a fresh, flowing river breeds LIFE
The Liver is in charge of 100s of functions in the body, including cleansing the blood, storing essential Vitamins ADEK B12 + altering toxic substances
The combination of our toxic environments + the over-prescription of Big Pharm drugs inevitably results in a toxic overload
A burden the Liver, nor the human body, is meant to bear
Coupled with the added stress of a virus meant to update the human virome and upgrade humanity
It's no wonder we see such a diverse reaction to the virus
Before I get any hate comments, please educate yourself instead of just listening to MSM
A virus is not alive, therefore it cannot be killed
The human body itself houses 380 trillion viruses, making up the human virome
There have been viruses on Earth for as long as humans have been alive
They are potentially even as ancient as the dawn of Life in the Universe
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury affects up to 250,000 individuals in the US every year, resulting in an annual health care cost exceeding $2 billion
70% of ACL injuries occur in non-contact situations
Why does this happen?
When we are children, our joints are supple + our mobility is flawless
We can sit, squat, stand, crawl, jump, and even take minor tumbles w/o major pain or injuries
As we learn to navigate the world and our growing bodies, motion lubricates our joints and keeps them safe
Unfortunately, when we get older, we stop exploring as many options
And we get really good at one: sitting
As a result, our knees lose the constant flow that nourishes the joint capsule and maintains its suppleness
