I have of course raised this as a formal complaint no #Councillor should feel free to misuse their power to use residents personal data to allow someone to try to intimidate them! It’s absolutely disgraceful!! #ConservativeGovernment #LocalElections2021 #LocalElections #politics

Interestingly I received a response from the Monitoring Officer this afternoon following my tweet to say she is now formally accepting my email on 21/04 as a formal complaint against Cllr Gibson’s behaviour with my data but can’t proceed until AFTER the #Elections2021 🤔
@ElectoralCommUK @LGOmbudsman is this legal to do this when my initial complaint was lodged with the council on 03/03 and accepted on 04/03 ? Surely delaying it means they are prioritising the Cllr’s position for re-election over my rights as a resident? #LocalElections2021
It has been pointed out to me that this may be the panel considering this breach 🤔
