Masalah Conversion atau Landing Page?

Saya biasa dapat soalan ini. Macam mana nak tahu iklan yang ada masalah atau conversion tak menjadi.
Paling senang, tengok 2 data.
+ CTR
+ CVR

CTR adalah click through rate... Image
Maksud lain adakah iklan dapat klik atau tidak.
Makin banyak iklan dapat klik, makin tinggi CTR.

Maka secara automatiknya cost per link click akan menurun.

Kemudian CVR = conversion rate.

Cara kira,
CVR = sales/visit x 100

Berapa kadar pelawat website jadi pelanggan.
Apabila CTR rendah, boleh kata masalah berlaku pada iklan.
Iklan tidak berjaya mendapat klik. Jadi baiki:
+ Creative
+ Copywriting
+ Targeting
Apabila CTR tinggi, tapi CVR rendah, maka masalah berlaku pada sales page (landing page).
Jadi baiki sales page. Baiki,
+ Offer
+ Struktur landing page
+ Teknikal (speed)

Berapakah nilai CTR atau CVR yang dikatakan rendah atau tinggi?
Untuk mendapatkan nilai yang tepat, anda perlu lihat data purata yang anda ada. Lain industri, lain data puratanya.

Sekiranya tidak ada data lagi, anda boleh gunakan angka ini sebagai benchmark asas...
CTR
Below Average CTR = <1%
Average CTR = 1-2%
Above Average CTR = >2%

CVR
Letakkan sasaran >5%
