Russian forces invading Ukraine attacked near Katerynivka, Luhansk region today using a rocket-assisted flamethrower with a thermobaric warhead. The fuel-air explosion from this weapon has a blast volume of 120 cubic metres. This is a stunning escalation by #PutinAtWar

The village of Katerynivka lost its protection when Zelenskyy surrendered the Zolote "disengagement area" to Putin in October 2019. This unforced capitulation by the Ukrainian president left defenders vulnerable to Russian attacks in the ongoing Battle of the Bakhmut Road.
Putin assassinated Mikhail “Givi” Tolstykh, leader Russia's Somalia Battalion, with a “Shmel” infantry man-portable flamethrower in Russian-occupied Donetsk, Ukraine on 8 Feb 2017. The Russian regime of state terrorism is fond of using this weapon in its wars and assassinations.
The flamethrower attack at Katerynivka, Ukraine was carried out by the 2nd Army Corps, 8th Combined-Arms Army, Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. #RussiaInvadedUkraine
Russia used TOS-1 heavy flamethrowers during the first year of its invasion of Crimea and Donbas. They were used during the offensive on Mariupol in September 2014. The Russians will use them again. There's no limit to the war crimes they'll commit.

CNN shows part of the south of Ukraine as if it is a part of Russia. @CNN is supporting Russia's invasion. This map is on a CNN web page about the COVID–19 pandemic. edition.cnn.com/interactive/20…
What makes this especially offensive is that @CNN advances Russian war propaganda with this map while at the same time it imposes a news blackout on Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
CNN gave saturation coverage to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. CNN ignores Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Putin puppet Trump occupying the White House, elite capture of the GOP, both impeachments, and the insurrection at the Capitol were all consequences of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Despite this, the press has maintained a news blackout on Russia’s war in Donbas for seven years.
Trump has been a Russian asset since the 1980s. Russia launched the Trump-for-President active measure and in 2015 reassigned "grey cardinal" Paul Manafort from Yanukovych and Ukraine to the American theatre of operations.
The Republican Party was the most corruptible of American political parties and Russian active measures were used to make the GOP an American version of Ukraine's Party of Regions – the party of Yanukovych. Russia completed elite capture of the GOP by the time of the RNC in 2016.

Secretary of State Anthony Blinken did a good job in Kyiv showing support to the Ukrainian people who are under attack from Russia. He distanced the U.S. from the corruption of the Zelenskyy administration by meeting with former President Poroshenko and Metropolitan Epiphanius.
The U.S. has a real problem of how to engage with the Ukrainian government as long as the TV clown President, Zelenskyy, is guided by Russian agent Andriy Yermak. The only solution is a multi-tier, in-depth approach – for example, direct contact with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Blinken sent very clear signals of the Biden administration approach to Ukraine. The U.S. will strongly support Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russian aggression. But no invitation was extended to Zelenskyy for him to visit the White House.

Russian forces attacked Ukrainian defences 19 times yesterday, May 5. The heaviest shelling was at Vodyane. Attacking civilian targets, the Russians bombarded a hospital in Krasnohorivka and fired anti-tank guided missiles at Popana. Two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in action.
Attacks by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation invading Ukraine are becoming more numerous and more violent. The Russians are firing 152 calibre and 122 calibre artillery. They're deliberately firing at Ukrainian settlements, trying to provoke an intemperate response.
Luhansk region has been quieter than Donetsk region as the Russians focus on the Horlivka-Donetsk battlefront. But unprovoked attacks at Prychepylivka, Novotoshkivske, Popasna, Novooleksandrivka and Novozvanivka show the Russians are resuming the Battle of the Bakhmut Road.

The Shyrokiy Lan training range in Mykolaiv region may be a suitable base. Sea Breeze exercises have been held there with Ukraine's partners. 2/9
Deploy the Lithuanian–Polish–Ukrainian Brigade to Ukraine. It's not doing much good in garrison in Lublin, Poland. To deter or defeat Russian armed aggression is the reason LITPOLUKRBRIG was formed in 2014. 3/9

These are potential lines of attack for a Russian offensive against Ukraine. This is based on Russian preparations over the past few weeks and on my analysis of Russia's invasion over the past seven years. Putin will attempt to exploit a breakthrough anywhere he can get it. Image
Beyond the immediate battlefront (Russian-occupied Crimea and Donbas), Putin may widen the war by attacking Kharkiv and Sumy oblasts from Belgorod and Kursk, and by attacking Chernihiv and Kyiv oblasts from Russia's client state Belarus.
Ukraine has taken delivery of the first batch of Neptune anti-ship systems equipped with cruise missiles. Produced by Luch Design Bureau, the 300km range Neptune has proven devastatingly effective in tests. Russian aviation will attempt to destroy Neptune shore batteries first.
