Court: 1729 MT is the allocation. And the requirement is 1718 MT? The allocation is more than the requirement?
The actual assured to our state is less than oxygen actually allocated to our State, where are the figures?

Adv Inamdar states that the notice was sent very casually. They have only notified for Remdesivir, when it was pointed out for all medicines.
There were medicines for #Mucormycosis (Black Fungus disease) which was pointed out.

Court asks ASG Anil Singh to also bring compliance report on the directions.

ASG submits that CDSCO had requested all State Drugs Controllers (SDCs) on 10.04.2021 to conduct special investigation drive to prevent hoarding/black marketing on Remdesivir in the country.

ASG: Yes but Centre has been giving instructions to State to take actions against the black marketers.
Even the Prime Minister in his address has said that.

Court: If you would have obtained instructions from the manufacturers then we would have known from where these marketers got the supply.
The quantities are of large quantities that you can get from retailers, hence we included Centre.

Court: The manufacturers are within the Centre’s control! The manufacturers have to give their statement. The Delhi HC also rejected a report yesterday.
This is defeating your allocation, and the State has placed for benefiting the citizens and for need of citizens who was there.

ASG submits that the Centre allocates, but then the State procures on their own.

Court: And who decides the authenticity of the supply? People will go to anyone who gives medicines.

Municipal Corporation duty is public health. BMC has 5 medical colleges and hospitals with them.

Court (to Singh): there has to be some thought on medical education.
A candidate of special category - 192 of NEET, but a student of 534 score was not getting admission.
We would have 100s and lakhs of students between 250 to 450 which in the system is not worth.
