#Volunteering When people wanted me to describe in a phrase - what can prevent Volunteering Fatigue (unexpected extension of time devoted to a passionate cause, as against paid volunteering) - It is Disapassionate Attachment. Everything other factor is subordinated to the Cause
#Volunteering More often than not, especially in the current round of Volunteering, Young, energetic and passionate volunteers never needed any motivation as they are already inspired and self-fired. But those get fatigued are those who want to deliver perfection and fail
#Volunteering Whenever these inspirational gems talk to me about how to avoid failure in the task - I only request them not to aim for delivering perfect service, but aim to deliver acceptable service. Because what the beneficiary needs simply is unpredictable (COVID19 context)

#CongressToolKit No! Dear CONgi fans. If you thought the henchmen (that is how you named Supporters of our PM ji, you have called the lady supporters even worse) is a new phenomenon - this bunch of Supporters have seen Neos, dime a dozen. Most were fair weather supporters!

Saw PennTecllectual, DoltEconomist, Brinjal, Shawler, in this journey. They thought it was like CONgi eco-system and wanted personal rewards. it did not come. India's standing in the world today is the reward for those who braved it till 2014
#CongressToolKit Irrespective, CONgress is a "Historic" party now. Meaning they are History. This devious stuff will bite them harder than even. Ask those CONgi supporter who also lost their dear ones, because of blocking beds, making panic calls, they are the "Gurge"

#IndependenceDayIndia2020 I formally bring my 2-bit Volunteering efforts in #IndiaFightsCorona to a close, thanking each one who were part of this challenging but made easy by wonderful co-passengers of various programs during this journey.
Will continue thread in the evening Image
#IndiaFightsCorona Firstly a big thanks to the #Karnataka State leadership under @BSYBJP for their unwavering faith and trust by empowering Common citizens to drive & Deliver elements of the Citizen Participation program, immaculately conceived by @Captain_Mani72
#IndiaFightsCorona BTW! I am moving after this long journey that began on March 4th 2020 as I am switching my jobs and need a break before starting with new org. Thank my organisation for their support to me & also for contribution to the battle. They want to remain unnamed

On Sept 1st I complete 32 years in top notch industries starting as Asst Engineer grew into Engineering Executive, Consultant Designer, R&D Head, Chief of Operations and R&D (Dr V Krishna Murthy trustee of RGF), then as Product Manager, System Architect, and now as ED.
Lessons
Someone (irrespective of sector) if he is too busy for everything, all the time, it means either he doesn't know his job or doesn't know to manage it.
I come across so many who hide behind this "I am too busy" from their reportees, from their peers and superiors. If you are a manager find a balance or bosses will have to find some balanced person. In days of mobile phones, you cannot have pagers.
