#Volunteering When people wanted me to describe in a phrase - what can prevent Volunteering Fatigue (unexpected extension of time devoted to a passionate cause, as against paid volunteering) - It is Disapassionate Attachment. On Sept 1st I complete 32 years in top notch industries starting as Asst Engineer grew into Engineering Executive, Consultant Designer, R&D Head, Chief of Operations and R&D (Dr V Krishna Murthy trustee of RGF), then as Product Manager, System Architect, and now as ED.
Lessons Someone (irrespective of sector) if he is too busy for everything, all the time, it means either he doesn't know his job or doesn't know to manage it.
