1. Deal of the century: Allow senior normal solid red district @HouseGOP members in districts that are not likely to turn blue, caucus with us as independents and we agree to put our resources in other districts essentially ceding the field to them to deal with the Cucoo Caucus.
2. Allow the senior ones to share chair status with our members. Don't make them have to buy whole-hog all Dem policies especially social issues. Leave them electable. They can vote with us on bread & butter issues that are clearly @POTUS@Joebiden's focus. @SpeakerPelosi
3. They're Republicans. You make a deal deal.

4. Since 2014 I've focused on fighting ISIS. Trump wing of the former GOP behave like a terrorist org. You have to give decent people who are not radicalized an offramp. Do it early and you can impair the terror organization before it grows out of control. @ProjectLincoln
5. If we do nothing whatever 2022 brings, it will have a lot more Quazies. Not sure if this would work in the Senate but it might work in the House. Even if it's just 5 members. It's a start. #ThisIsNotADrill@SenSchumer

1. I don't have the time to try to vet all the allegations in this report but am putting it out for couple of reasons. hawaiifreepress.com/Articles-Main/…
First, when Abbe Lowell pops up in a Hawaii case it gets your attention.
2. When he withdraws & soon replaced by Johnnie Cochran's firm, more attention.
Today the news is not good for Abbe who looked like he was accused by DC Chief Judge Beryl Howell of not providing a full disclosure of conflicts prior to Lum's guilty plea. What was the conflict?
3 So I went back to this case and found this color exhibit in a local article. It appears to be a USA exhibit.
1. Coincidences are the hobgoblins of a little mind. Today I spotted a DOJ Twitter post that I noticed because the entity was familiar to me. It was an indictment of Hawaii person for SBA/PPP fraud. I noticed it also because it had an error. They said it the plea was before
2. a district judge and I knew he's a magistrate judge. Then later in the day Axios reported a search warrant that was supposed to link Susan Collins to an alleged election crime. The warrant was in DC and it was about the phones that were apparently seized from the
3. the guy in Hawaii who was the subject of the DOJ Twitter post. Hobgoblins. So, I had to look at the docket. He had a white-shoe Boston firm representing him until Nov 3. Where do powerful people in Maine go for their top tier lawyers?
Now that I have figured out that the Nunes Twitter request was not a grand jury subpoena but likely a Stored Communications Act order it may help folks narrow on who did it. Need to find the rules on submitting them. It may be something a law enforcement officer could do.
Here is the DOJ manual that says a "government entity" can get a SCA warrant without notice to the customer. justice.gov/sites/default/…
government entity is defined in 18 USC 2711(4) as follows:
"the term “governmental entity” means a department or agency of the United States or any State or political subdivision thereof."
1. On the IDF attack on the building housing foreign media. First, they gave warning so if #Hamas was there they would have likely known in time to evacuate. Second, by not giving sufficient time for the press to relocate, assuming the reports about Hamas being in were true,
2. (@AP disputes) the obvious result would be to not only disrupt the news reporting but to also destroy the records of the news agencies that may include evidence of war crimes. If the evidence shows that Israel attacked the media, I conclude that Israel's actions, more
3. likely than not, were a war crime and chargeable under US law. That does not excuse Hamas' war crimes many committed when they establish military facilities in civilian areas. Both are wrong and violate Int'l law and both should have real and significant consequences.
1. Am I correct that term "herd immunity" does not refer to a single organism's immunity but rather the result of the herd becoming unable to transmit the virus to the herd population through vaccinations or as the result of infection acquired immunity? Simply too few carriers?
2. So unvaccinated people have no real acquired immunity. And though the herd becomes more resistent to the impact of the virus herd members still can catch it and can still transmit it to the unvaccinated in the herd. So as we increase the asymptomatic spreaders of the
3. virus while not fully vaccinating the herd, aren't we simply increasing the opportunity for the virus to infect the unvaccinated? Remember, 8 Yankees had the virus and the vaccine and still tested positive. Have we checked to see if their respiration carried a large active
1. You can still catch Covid19 if you're vaccinated. Nobody at CDC says otherwise. Do we really know what long-term impact of any Covid19 infection are? I don't want to catch it. Wearing a mask makes it less likely to catch it. Yankees infections prove infects the vaccinated.
2. IMO the ill-advised roll out of this yesterday was politically driven by the @WhiteHouse to come out with something to placate the radical right. It's pointless. They will never change. Stick to the science. Covid can infect vaccinated people. Full stop.
3. I am predicting a huge spike in hospitalizations due to this move. What about the unvaccinated? Is this just a way to exterminate the un-vaccinated Trumpers? @WHCOS you almost did it. Who was the person who sold this? It's totally nuts. Hawaii has the sense to blow this off.
