KKM nak berperang dgn STFC atau dgn COVID-19?
Tolong jgn melolong MCO saje!
Apa strategi yg wajib kKM lakukan ASAP?
Dah EO (Darurat) dan MCO sejak Sep 2020

Ini kerana srategi KKM gagal
Berikut cadangan yg KKM wajib lakukan bukan guna strategi lapuk KKM
1. Kuatkan MCO berasaskan fakta bukan semborono
Kenal pasti sektor, lokasi, aktiviti dimana penularan berlaku. (2)
Ketahui bahwa COVID merebak melalui udara. Pastikan ventilasi yg baik dibangunan & tempat yg sesak
2. Ujian yg percuma, bersasar & massa. Why? Supaya contact, walaupun tidak bergejala dikenal pasti & diKuarantin ASAP. Guna RTK-Ag BUKAN PCR. Ia murah dan keputusan dlm 30 minit (3)

Unless we base our strategies on SOUND & SHARED data we will be trapped in WAVES & MCOs since MOH stopped sharing data in Sept 2020
#HIDE has exposed MOH’s failure to analyze big data (1/6)
Now MOH & JKNS has FAILED to curb the COVID spread in S’gor unlike before Sept 2020 when @stfc_selangor HELPED JKNS to plunge the cases with @Selangkah_my digitized & automated FTTIS Rapid Response!
Since Sept 2020, MOH FORCED @stfc_selangor to “Box in the Ring Blindfolded” (2/6)
Based on data:
5 states surpass the National Infection Rate (IR) average
Highest KL, then S’gor, K’tan, Sarawak, P’ng
MOH ada threshold for MCO ke?
To TIGHTEN SOP ie CIRCUIT BREAKER, KL dulu NOT S’gor-mass testing detects MORE cases

I’ve been there X2.
IMO CPRC have little sense of what’s happening at CAC.
Since Feb 2021, none from CPRC visited this biggest & busiest CAC except on 12/5/2021.
The CAC TOR is vague.
One only feels & emphatize with the burden when one sees the insanity at CAC Stadium Melawati
Logistics were haywire.
KKM could not even provide air-conditioning to the stadium!
Imagine volunteers & drs boiling in the PPEs!
And our sick patients in the sizzling hot Stadium.
@ProfAdeeba et al sought CSR from GLCs and secured air-con within 24 hrs!
I did not wanna interfere. But suggested the following ideas:
1. Get a few senior drs to walk OUT into the long queue.
2. Interview cases & if need be do a focused physical exam.
3. If clinically diagnose Cat 1 or 2 allow home.

VPM has funded medical, educational, micro-financing, housing, and agricultural projects in Palestine.
The recent incursions on Al-Aqsa and the massacre of innocent lives, children and women in Gaza compels VPM to address the humanitarian crisis in Palestine.

Why cases high despite Active Case Detection in Selangor?
Apart from socio-demography d/t DATA BLACKOUT
May-Aug 2020 @Selangkah_my in active usage.

+VE Cases (Red Line) kept LOW by:
-Digital & Automated (CT) Contact Tracing (unlike MOH’s manual tracing)
-Rapid Response FTTIS
SELangkah success story cut short due to:
1. Aug 2020-MySJ made mandatory
2. Sep2020-MOH stopped Data Sharing-SELangkah CT Ecosystem was disabled

Politics & MOH paying dearly for disabling the @Selangkah_my CT ecosystem.
They are stuck with manual tracing- Turtle Speed FTTIS
Data analytics after 1yr
Startling facts:
1. Super-spreaders 90% spread from <1% premises
2. >80% contacts traced to ISO & Q breakers
3. MySJ blind spots eg schools
4. Data can give 7 day alert b4 outbreak BUT ineffective FTTIS not busting clusters
