Final comments on @Nairametrics

1. On inflation: there are two baskets of goods in Nigeria. The basket of goods of the average Nigeria isn't overly affected by exchange rate
2. Healthcare, education and infrastructure are key investments for government to subsidise. Not fuel.😳
3. Communication and trust in the political system needs to be enhanced
4. There is also a distrust of the private sector. Full deregulation of the downstream could result in increased investment across the value chain including refineries/fuel stations and midstream assets creating more jobs.

Looking at stats. Hypergamy is very common with Nigerian men.
Countries where people are looking for sugar mummys by search volume:

1. Nigeria
2. Kenya
3. Ghana
4. Uganda
5. Zambia Image
The only places in the world where searches for sugar mummy surpass those for sugar daddies are in Africa.

Nigeria takes the lead, closely followed by Kenya. Image

I have a friend who did his Bsc in Oxford, MSc at Imperial. Then married from his village.

After 10yrs of marriage said he wishes his wife was more career orientated.

At the time he was getting married he said all the women at Oxford weren't "wife material" too aggressive.
Even when I was single people used to advice me to marry a white man because no "typical African man" would tolerate my ambition levels.
I know this is a generalisation. There are exceptions. But there are a huge number of African men that just cant tolerate highly independent, driven women.

They are uncontrollable, rude and proud.

Its simple really

First of all, be the daughter of a current Governor or other political heavyweight. That will ensure that your Yoruba demon will have access to juicy contracts and Gucci slippers
Then you have to be beautiful, yellow, and never age past 23 years old. This is very important.

Also you have to be personally wealthy enough to split the bills 50-50, otherwise, what are you really bringing to the table?
Intellect is a must, inspire him with your wisdom. Phd is preferable, but Msc is also acceptable.

You must be able to dance, be skilled in the other room, be fashionable, godly and humble.

Body proportions are also important. 36-24-40. Thats really your only option.

Implying that anyone with a different opinion from yours is deceiving people is short sighted

Your marriage def wont be heaven on earth if your aren't able to understand that people have different opinions and different views of the world.
Legit from my experience, the first rule of a functional marriage, to to try to understand the other persons perspective and respond by putting your opinion into the pool of meaning in a respectful way.

By being persuasive, not abrasive

What I have noticed about wildly successful entrepreneurs is that they may not be the best people to teach principles of entrepreneurial success.

I love listening to Dangote interviews/talks. But learn just as much from University professors at Harvard who don't own businesses
There are three main reasons for this.

1. Many rich & success entrepreneurs arent self aware. In fact there is evidence to suggest that as your level of power increases, self awareness decreases.

So they don't actually know what made them successful.
There is a big role that luck plays in individual stories. A well connected parent. A relationship with an influential politician etc.

However, researchers can look at all the data from lots of wealthy people and distil it to the trends in a way that most individuals cannot.

People buy 4 things and 4 things only. Ever.

Those 4 things are
1.Time
2. Money
3. Sex
4. Approval/peace of mind.

If you try selling something other than those 4 things you will fail.
People buy aspirin always. They buy vitamins only occasionally and at unpredictable times. Sell aspirin.
Being valuable and useful is all you ever need to do to sell things. Help people out. Send interesting posts. Write birthday cards. Record videos sharing your ideas for growing their business.
