Alright... I’m going to give y’all the thread of how I’d make minimum $50k by end of year starting from scratch

On a budget

Disclaimer: this will actually be valuable and not a shit post

1) I would start by interviewing a variety of people in different niches

Interview agency owners, info product sellers, real estate agents, fitness coaches, pick 3-5 niches you’re interested in and go from there
2) after you’ve done enough interviews you’ll have found a common problem

Obviously a very common one at the moment is a lack of being able to book appts

(Hence the boom in now Omni present agencies)
3) pick a problem you want to solve and create a USP (unique selling point)

do not say “I’ll generate u leads”

Be more creative, the BEST place to learn everything digital marketing is @wizofecom Utopia

Try to price your offer at $2,000/month minimum
4) now you have a niche, a problem you want to solve, and an offer with a USP to solve it

now... you need to book your own appointments

This goes back to when you did interviews

Where do your prospects hang out? Do they check email frequently? Phone calls? Figure it out
With outreach, consistency is everything

Try to send minimum 20-30 cold messages per day for 90 days

Split test your messaging until you’re in the 1-5% booking rate (obviously closer to 5% is better or even above)

the goal of your first 90 days is to get at least 1 client
now- if you’re charging $2,000/m it’ll be hard to do without social proof

So depending on what service you’re offering, you may have to start with a performance based compensation deal

Which is okay, the first 90 days or June- August are to just get your first 1-3 clients
I personally believe 1 client per month is very do-able

By August you should be making anywhere from $2,000-$6,000 per month (very conservative)

Now it’s time to SCALE
your appt setting needs to be outsourced if it’s not already

And now it’s time to allocate money to start running ads to fill the calendar

now your calendar is being filled

It’s time to get a closer to close the calls flooding in

Now you’re good to scale
You have a system that you just need to feed leads

Appt setter + ads -> appt’s booked -> closer closes calls + follows up & nurtures leads -> you get paid

This is how I’d make minimum $50k by EOY

Here’s the flow I see most agency owners using when a call is booked

Call booked -> maybe one confirmation email -> take the meeting

This leads to LOW show up rate and LOW trust/authority prior to the call
Here’s what your flow SHOULD look like

Prospect books a call -> custom redirect to a “homework page”

This should showcase your testimonials/case studies and tell them what to expect on the call

Let me give you guys some game

if you’re a business owner

you need to have the same burning fucking desire to be great in every area of your life not just business

you do not pick and choose where you get to be great

You need to be great in ALL aspects of life
you should be strong and athletic

Something @LogFitz6 talks about a lot

Get in the gym, lift weights, do boxing or BJJ (next on my list to start)

Do sprints, run a fast mile, become strong and athletic
Fix your sleep

I cannot stress the difference I feel in energy levels throughout the day from since I started sleeping and waking up at the same time

If your sleep schedule is everything you’re losing so much potential

Do you run an agency and have at least 1 client/case study?

I want to help you scale FAST

so let’s get into the three things you need to scale fast

>> book appointments
>> close deals
>> fulfill your service

Lead generation and prospecting is CRUCIAL

Listen you can have Jordan Belfort as your closer but if you don’t have qualified prospects he ain’t closing

first you need to know your audience
>> what are their struggles
>> what is valuable to them
>> can you speed up their process?
>> can you save them money?

Once you figure out what they value- nail this in all of your copy at your top of funnel

Influencers, agency owners, coaches, etc

Well first off, let’s place ourselves in their shoes

Many of my clients have been verified, 100k ++ followers, etc

They get TONS of DM’s

Every. Single. Day
Would get pretty annoying having 30 people pitch you for a quick “virtual coffee” or whatever every day right?

So we’re NOT going to do that

They’re humans too just like us and we want to make them our friends

1. They’re VERY mediocre at sales- reading from a script and losing deals each month

2. Their calendar is so packed that they cannot focus on growing the biz
