Now that SCOTUS has granted review in New York Rifle & Pistol Association v. Corlett and Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Democratic politicians and left-wing dark money groups are ramping up their court-packing threats. /1
Of course, the Left’s attempts to intimidate the Court are nothing new.

We saw the same court-packing threat from @SenWhitehouse in 2019 when he and other Senate Democrats filed an amicus brief in a case involving a Second Amendment challenge to a New York City gun law. /2
And who can forget @SenSchumer last year threatening two justices by name: “I want to tell you, Gorsuch! I want to tell you, Kavanaugh! You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.” /3
The bullying campaign from the Left even extends to pressuring Justice Breyer to retire. Breyer is currently the target of an unseemly and liberal dark-money-funded “Breyer Retire” campaign. /4
One of the objectives of the Left’s court-packing campaign is to make the idea of court packing more palatable to the public, which is overwhelmingly against it. /5

But perhaps the main goal is to bully the Court into delivering the policy outcomes that the Left wants. The left-wing dark money groups in the vast Arabella Advisors network want the Supreme Court to carry water for them, just like Joe Biden and Senate Democrats currently do. /6
The Left doesn’t care one iota about the rule of law. They care about the courts rubber stamping their radical and unpopular policies. /7

Vanita Gupta owns between $11 and $55 million dollars in stock in Avantor, a company that manufactures an essential ingredient used to make heroin and meth.

Gupta's father is also the chairman of the board of Avantor. /2
According to a Bloomberg investigation, Avantor produces and sells a key ingredient in Mexico known as acetic anhydride that Mexican drug cartels have used to mass produce high-grade, “China white” heroin and meth. /3

You need look no further than *Gupta's own words* to see that Senator Durbin couldn't be more wrong. /1

This weekend marks the 15th anniversary of the confirmation of Justice Samuel Alito.

He has been an eloquent voice for the Constitution over the last 15 years, and #SCOTUS has been better for it. (1/X)
